A Greeneville native, Bill has been involved in the real estate and auction industry since 2001. Following thirty years of service as a Probation & Parole officer, twenty of those with the Federal Court, Bill worked at a local bank as a Mortgage Lender and Branch Manager before moving into real estate full time.
Shane Carter has lived in Greene County all his life. His Father Hadley Carter was one of the Original Carter Brothers Realty partner. He has been around the Real Estate and Auction Business all of his life. He started his Real Estate carrier in 1986. He is licensed as a Real Estate Broker, Master Auctioneer and Certified Residential Appraiser.
A Greeneville native, Patricia is married to Mike and they have two grown children. Patricia has been active in many civic and non-profit organizations, as well as serving on several committees for her church. Patricia received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and her Master's from East Tennessee State University.
Before starting my Real Estate career, most of my background was in Customer Service Management and Human Resources Management. After spending some time at home to be a "full time" mom and wife, my husbands career enabled us to move to seven different states leading me to deal with many Realtors. This offered me a chance to see just what I would keep, change and improve upon as I began this journey.
Buddy is a native of Greeneville who married his high school sweetheart Becky almost 50 years ago. They have two grown children and two granddaughters. Buddy has been active in many local civic and non-profit organizations as well as serving on several committees for his church.
His experience and duties in finance have given him a very good background in financing real estate as well as being responsible for managing industrial and commercial properties.Buddy looks forward to helping you with all of your real estate.
