Mr. Mikhchi grew up in the San Fernando Valley and graduated from California State University Northridge before enrolling in Southwestern Law School. After graduating, Mr. Mikhchi volunteered as a prosecutor for the Burbank City Attorney's office and the Los Angeles Bar Association's Domestic Violence Project.
