Based on our experience, we simply cannot recommend this lawyer.
The office is small and very unorganized (clue #1)
Lack of clear communication between office staff/lawyer/client (clue #2)
Poor recommendation for chiropractor (clue #3)
*this alone ended up being one of our biggest issues*
Lengthy process when it could have been done several months prior to when it actually ended (clue #5)
All in all, our auto accident issues were resolved as best they could given what we had to deal with, but we are satisfied.
Should we ever need legal representation, we will look elsewhere.

I was rear ended by a lady in Palmdale taking her kid to school in early 2014. She was probably yelling at her kid and didn't pay attention and slammed into my car, pushed my car's driver's side quarter panel into my rear driver's side wheel well ( it was scrunched inside the wheel well ) and pushed my car 20 feet into an intersection. I got neck and back injuries. Mr Kaiser treated me very well and did a great job on my claim. Of course the negligent mother was uninsured and this had to go against my insurance but Mr Kaiser did a wonderful job representing me and my interests

I visited with Atty. Robert Kaiser shortly after an auto accident in December of 2014, in which I was a bit shaken up. I was in a severe accident in June of 2014, my convertible was crushed in between two vehicles on the 405 while on my way to the second day of my new job. My car was totaled and I lost my job because I was unable to commute to LA or lift 50lbs.
While restlessly searching for a lawyer and coping with my bodily injuries I decided to go with Robert Kaiser because his office was local, just down the street from me.
In the 7 months that it took to resolve my case, I only got the speak with Robert once. All of my correspondence went through Claudette

Robert J Kaiser just replied to me on 12/8 asking for me to call him and he also is claiming Im not one of his past clients. Its funny how on the same day you get a great review wow you must be so popular in Santa Clarita. I figured thats what anyone would do when getting a negative review both deny as customer and write up another fake review to skew the ratings. What a Joke.

I too would recommend Attorney Robert Kaiser, because he did alot for my husband /us. My husband a Santa Clarita Velo Club Cyclist, got hit by a car, which is all too common out here. We did not know where to begin, until a friend referred us to Rob, a very nice, sympathic family man and professional, who covered all angles of our case. He's a nice guy. He offered to help me to prosecute the case myself. If I wanted to do the case myself, I wouldn't call a lawyer. I was attacked by a loose dog and I have severe damage to my shoulder but i didn't call the National Guard, the S.W.A.T. Team, Navy S.E.A.L.S, LAPD, CHiPs, the MOD squad, Kojack, Ironside or Columbo right away so I'm screwed. I was hoping the shoulder would heal so I waited a couple of weeks. That is unacceptable to this attorney. You must call the police and the EMT and Paramedics and go to the hospital immediately or this attorney won't handle

I would recommend using Mr. Kaiser without hesitation. I use a lot of lawyers for my business, but when it comes to an injury lawyer, Mr. Kaiser is the best in our area. From my first encounter a couple of years ago, he has been generous with his "free consulting" and his advice has been spot on. Because of his advice I have been able to clear up a couple of situations that might have gone the other direction. My wife was in an accident last year where she was rear ended. The 'at-fault' driver's insurance company has been a nightmare and won't cover all the medical costs. Needless to say, this is not acceptable. Robert Kaiser continued to fight for us and has shown he won't give up until we get a fair settlement. We are glad we made the decision to have him represent us.
