Our motto is not just a catch phrase, it's what our company was built around. The idea of "Craft" Wood Fired catering meant we would make as much as possible by hand to fit the theme and flavor profile of your event. All of our dishes are carefully sourced to provide the best flavor and quality while still maintaining an approachable price point.
Our proteins are cared for individually to provide a regional authenticity with each style of cuisine or recipe. Chef Kyle designs recipes around the flavors using different woods, herbs and heat sources to create unique flavors in all of our dishes, protein or vegetarian. The other component to a traditional Santa Maria style BBQ.

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job catering my wedding of 150 guests.
Our menu included the most amazing tri-tip and chicken, and was a big hit with my friends and family. For our dessert he made us Churro donut holes with chocolate ganache since my wife really really wanted churros.
On top of it, he worked with my wife and I to create our custom His and Hers cocktails that were served at our reception following the ceremony (Prickly Pear Margarita and Tennessee Mule).

Kyle and his team at Craft Wood Fired Catering hosted my baby shower with around 50 people and did an incredible job. He worked with me all the way leading up to the event on planning the menu and decor as well as set up. He created a menu to fit our “circus” theme with incredible small bite options, desserts, and amazing bbq. Everyone loved the adult style corn dogs, all the fixings and toppings for smoked turkey sandwiches, lollipop fried bites, etc. homemade seasoning for popcorn and special add ons that we’re a surprise. He was interactive with my guests and fun! He created all his own

Kyle Jones and his crew at Craft Wood Fired Catering were FANTASTIC for our wedding reception in Carpinteria last year!
We presented Kyle with some Caribbean menu ideas which he then researched and experimented with. He then came to our VRBO and presented us a wonderful "tasting dinner" months before the wedding. It was really fun to see how well Kyle implemented our ideas, and then further tailored the menu with our input. He is a skilled, pleasant, easy-to-work-with professional who brings local skill and a creative approach to catering.

My wife and I had kyle and his crew cater our wedding. The food was unbelievable! He sat us down and talked to us about what we wanted served and when. He got our vibe right away. It was just the right cross between fancy and comfort. Bbq chicken, tritip, salad... The macaroni and cheese was some of the best I have had. I wish we had pictures to share but sadly we didn't get any because the food didn't stay on the plates long enough. Our friends and family were greatly impressed by both the food and the service.
