Consistently getting my order wrong. I have been here many times and the food is decent, but the last 3 times i have gotten delivery and ordered shrimp LO MEIN, they have given me beef lo mein (terrible) and one time was shrimp CHOW MEIN! I try to not leave bad reviews and am normally very understanding with mistakes. But three times!? Cmon guys, I will go somewhere now where at least they can get my order right...

Called today at 2:30 to order 4 lunch combos said I would pick up just after 3:00 P.M. The lady said okay. They called me back said I would have to pay dinner price if I was a minute past 3:00 P.M. I asked to talk to manager owner the lady then said she apeak no English. Been to this place several times but will never go back.

I'm giving 4 stars as we do love to order from Garden Wok. However we almost always had our order delivered & now that they do not provide delivery service directly from the store the order needs to be ordered through Grub Hub. We did place an order several months ago through Grub Hub and the additional costs incurred put us off on ordering again for delivery. Just tried ordering delivery tonight hoping that delivery was back to usual but was not. We will only do pickup going forward but will not be ordering as frequently as we prefer delivery. Again want to say that we do enjoy Garden Wok and

It's been awhile but Garden Wok is such a great quick to go place to get good food and great value. I was craving seafood and decided to get their Seafood Delight under their specialties to go. Call in your orders...they are so busy and will not entertain any drive through without orders first. As you drive up, you can always smell the good charred wok smell 'Wok Hei' that's what Chinese called the delicious smell. Horrible! I ordered 3 different dishes they were all not good. I paid extra for brown rice which tasted like it just had some brown chemical added to it, I couldn't even eat it. I did eat some orange chicken and some sesame chicken which was okay. However, I ended up vomiting about an hour later because it was so disgusting!

I have nothing but great things to say about them! Food was absolutely amazing. We had orange chicken, fried rice & cream cheese wontons. The delivery driver was quick and called a minute before he arrived so that we were ready to pay and grab the food. I will definitely be ordering again!! Thank you

I have tried to continue ordering from this restaurant over the past two months. Over the last 4 weeks the food quality has been very bad. The order time exceeds an hour now and the food has been horrible lately. I got chicken wings last night and they were excessively over cooked and very dark. Two months ago I was spending 100 per week. Now I'm all done because they just don't care.

Very pleasant experience. Ordered online and no problems...order was ready when I got there. The young lady at the counter was was very pleasant and engaging.
We ordered Szechuan Chicken and Kung Pau Shrimp and ate at home. Both were delicious well seasoned with plenty of meat, shrimp and fresh tasty vegetables! It is 25 miles away,but when I am in the Sartell area I will get take-out again.

The food was absolutely excellent, among the best Chinese meals I've ever had. Unfortunately they delivered no plates or silverware to our hotel room which made it very difficult to eat. Would definitely order again but would not tip the driver before I check my bag for platicware. I chose to do the online order and even specifically requested plates and forks because we were in a hotel. Maybe that was upsetting to them

Just moved to Sartell from the Nashville area where there was an abundance of great Chinese food restaurants and was concerned about what we were leaving behind. Ordered for delivery and it was fast! No complaints about that at all. The Curry chicken was spicy as it claimed to be. I am usually disappointed by food that claims to deliver heat. My daughter ordered sesame chicken and it was great as well. Food portions were huge for the price, enough for 2 meals in the combo. Egg rolls are just mediocre, need more meat in them. I have now found my go-to Chinese place in town.

They got my order wrong 2 times in a row, the 2nd time the food was delivered ice cold as well, they said they would make it up to me by replacing the order and then gave me the wrong food, these people seem to have no idea how to write an order down or they just do not care..... poor service would be the absolute least I can say, I would also say the food is cafeteria style food so it is nothing to write home about, I recommend you skip this place unless you want the wrong food 1 1/2 hours after you order it

Worst delivery service ever!
The 1st time my wife called, they put the phone down and simply forgot about her so she had to call back. Then she ordered and they were somewhat short with her on the phone and took her credit card info, and then proceeded to her it would be an HOUR for delivery. Being she was desperate for Chinese food and not many other options we decided to still wait.
Once they got to our house, blasting their stereo in our quite neighborhood, 20 minutes later (you would seem that would be a plus but we both had a snack anticipating the long wait) they asked if I was paying
