Kung fu is one of the oldest and most widely practiced styles of martial arts. In our traditional kungfu curriculum you will learn the powerful strikes, blocks and stances of traditional northern kung fu. Through the practice you'll develop your strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness and cardiovascular efficiency.
Tai chi is a slow moving martial art that is low impact and emphasizes smooth constant movements and strong stances. Often referred to as meditation in motion, tai chi training develops body coordination, balance, relaxation and mindful breathing. Still practiced by millions of Chinese everyday, tai chi is great for those looking for a mindful, individual practice that relieves stress.
Dynamic, graceful and explosive, wushu is a high intensity performance sport that combines the power of kung fu with high flying aerial jump kicks. After learning choreography and developing your physical conditioning, you will combine these with weapons such as the Dao (Broadsword), Jian (Straight Sword), Gun (Long Staff), and Qiang (Spear).
Developed from traditional kung fu techniques, Sanda is an unarmed full combat sport likened to Chinese kick-boxing. While engaging in controlled sparring with a partner, you will learn powerful strikes, nimble footwork and quick takedowns along with throwing, wrestling and defensive techniques to build your stamina, coordination and strength.
Our Kids Classes introduce many concepts to our young students, such as getting results through continued hard work and that martial arts practice is more than just fighting. We provide structure in helping children learn proper etiquette, be respectful to instructors and classmates, and develop their coordination and technique, all while learning the basics of kung fu.

Horrible place do not go here. They will sign you up and not even tell you that it's a yearly contract and then put a lien against you if you don't pay. Who does a yearly contract for a martial arts place anyway? I will highly suggest to go elsewhere and u will be highly at peace with yourself!!!! Don't let then fool you like they did me!!!..... !!!!!!!
And no they where not clearly presented to me at all!! 8 years later and I will still never go to this place they went as far as to hiring a lawyer to collect debt ..... they put me a bad position .. they make you sign thinking it's monthly...

Goh's Kung Fu offered an amazing, safe, fun experience for my daughters. Both of my girls were incredibly shy and nervous about participating, but every single time, the instructors drew them into class and had them 100% engaged very quickly. It's a great family atmosphere, and the instructors are fantastic at giving feedback to help the students improve their practice, without making them feel like they're not good enough. I would 100% recommend Goh's to any family looking for a place to learn and grow.

The instructors are highly skilled and dedicated to helping you reach your potential. The school was a large part of my life and I miss them a lot! I recommend this school to anyone who is interested in learning any of the curricula they offer.

I've been attending for over a year now. I've never been faster, stronger, or more flexible than I am now, nothing made me stick to fitness like learning martial arts has. I started in the Wushu curriculum and have also picked up Tai Chi, which has proven to be an excellent way to de-stress while also getting in a good workout and focusing the mind.
This school has amazing instructors that really focus on the individual needs of the students. They really teach the culture and art of Kung Fu and foster a strong community within the school. I love the passion and dedication of everyone

In simple words this place is amazing. I came here with no expectations. They have different classes from Tai Chi to Sanda with instructors that specialize in that class in particular. The instructors make sure that you learn the right way instead of rushing to try and catch up with others. I recommend Goh's Kung Fu to anyone who is interested on learning Chinese Martial Arts, getting the health benefits out of it, and meeting great people full of positive energy.

I have trained at Goh's Kung Fu since 1998. It has had a positive effect on every aspect of my life. Back when I started I was looking around and Goh's instructors had humility and skill that was unmatched at other places. I'm lucky enough to have traveled around the country competing and judging, and to China and Argentina to train and compete. The programs are stronger than ever. You will be assisted in achieving your goals whether they're as modest as fitness and weight loss or as grand as competing on an international level.
Try it for free. You won't be disappointed. And with month-to-month

I studied Kung fu back in College, and always wanted to go back. Needed a family friendly place where I could take classes with my 10 year old son. Wanted someplace with history, great reputation but not a "boot camp" style learning environment, where my son would easily be discouraged.
The instruction from Sifu Kevin Law and all the other teachers has been excellent, very challenging and rewarding. The school has been around for decades and Sifu Anthony Goh is a world leader in Wushu/Kung Fu.
I love that the length of the contract can vary, we initially signed up for 1 year, now 3 years with

Jennifer is dead on! Its been nearly 20 years since I've attempted any Martial Art and Goh's totally reminded me of how much fun it is. I look forward to every class, its the highlight of my day. I felt stronger and more flexible after one class! I could've gone anywhere but I CHOSE Goh's and I think it says a lot when people who have done Martial Arts before choose your place over the others. Fancy giant Buddha statues do not impress me. I'd rather the money I spend go to equipment and quality instructors. I'm also glad they offer different lengths of membership and find it an additional motivator

This place is great. I tried a free 2 week trial a year almost 2 years ago and have been going ever since. The prices are very reasonable and the instructors are amazing! They teach Kung Fu, Wu Shu and Tai Chi. The classes are taught in a friendly respectful way and the pace is nice and fast. Highly recommended for both adults and children.
