The nasal septum is the wall dividing the nasal cavity into halves; it is composed of a central supporting skeleton covered on each side by mucous membrane. The front portion of this natural partition is a firm but bendable structure made mostly of cartilage and is covered by skin that has a substantial supply of blood vessels.

I had felt insecure about my nose since the age of 13 and had just kind of accepted that my nose sadly was the way it was by the age 22. It was a daily battle with myself when I looked in the mirror since I felt it distracted from the rest of my face so much. I had tried filler and PDO threads (don't do that) to fix my nose in anyway that wasn't surgery. I had complications with the PDO threads that made my nose look even worse than it was before. I decided that I just needed to take the leap and start looking for a surgeon to fix my nose - I didn't want to live unhappy for the rest of my life

I am almost ten months post-op and am so extremely pleased with my rhinoplasty. The entire process was seamless and much easier than I anticipated. Dr Zimm is very talented and sculpted my nose to be natural allowing my best features to shine. Dr Zimm, along with his staff were respectful and caring throughout the whole process. The most incredible experience to date with a Dr / in a Dr's office. Heather and Jennifer were exceptional. Thoughtful, thorough and accommodating, they also were so well informed about everything - so enthusiastic to listen (which sadly is rare in such environments). The office itself was great. Just paid a visit to Dr. Zimm's office and I have to say. They do not fail to amaze me on the incredible work they do. With their latest addition PA Heather is a professional with fantastic bed side manners. The comfort level was on a 10 for the highest putting my jitters to rest and making the experience so fun. With their gate keeper Jennifer (incredible captain of the office) and PA Heather these two are a force to be reckon with. It's always fun have girl time with these two and with botox. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My 16 year old daughter had her nose job over the summer. I wanted to wait until all the swelling was down before giving a review. It's absolutely beautiful. She is so happy with her new nose and she is nearly impossible to please. This doctor is a true artist. His staff is also second to none. So kind and so knowledgeable.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zimm. I have been seeing Dr. Zimm for over a year now and have gotten botox, chin filler and kybella. I was desperate to improve my jaw line but quite nervous about chin filler and kybella -- however, Dr. Zimm and Jen inspire such confidence that I decided to move forward and I am so glad I did. It's a subtle difference (very natural) but makes me SO much more confident and happier with my appearance. The whole office is also just so warm, inviting, accommodating and nice. I always appreciate it when a business owner makes the time to follow up with a customer due to a bad experience. We just had a chat on the phone and he was sincere in his apology and explained the situation. He also ran through the issues my father had. Since my father hasn't shown any symptoms of recurrence, I believe that means Dr. Zimm managed to fix it. I appreciate the thoroughness of the call!
