Beautiful, peaceful, with stunning wooded views, yet just around the corner from everything that downtown Princeton has to offer. Walking distance from Princeton shopping center which has dining, bagels, Ace Hardware, Walgreens, and more. The beautiful natural light from the large Windows and the gorgeous bamboo floors along with the huge walk-in closet in the main bedroom are just some of the attractions of these units. Serene walking trails through the woods let you get fresh air right outside your door. Staff is very friendly and helpful… A great place to live!

This is a tranquil oasis in the heart of Princeton. Having moved from the Philadelphia area, with a constant din of diesel trucks and racing cars, the Copperwood is a welcome respite. Green, lush, pet friendly with a community room, bike storage and small gym. It is the perfect place to recharge and retreat from the outside. Amazon locker storage, exceptionally helpful front desk and maintenance staff make you feel at home. If you want to be in the middle of an eclectic town while surrounded by nature, this is the place. Looking forward to not scraping my windows in the winter, because the cars

A great place that is so easy, quickly and cozy to call home. Dorothy Quintero's management of Copperwood affairs is absolutely impeccable, and as a new resident, I got more than a glimpse of it first hand. From the moment of my application (and actually a couple of times on my visits before that) to the moving in and every detail afterwards, she made me feel welcome and eased the transition process for me. I love my apartment; beautiful, well appointed and with nothing remiss.

We rented a furnished apartment when we were between houses, and never expected to be there during a pandemic. The apartment was great, furnishings were very nice and all inclusive. Staff was very responsive, particularly Ray. The leasing person Dorothy and front desk person Dot were extremely helpful. We were sorry we couldn’t use the amenities when they had to be closed down, but enjoyed them fir a short time early on. Overall a wonderful experience.

I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing view from the apartment. The Manager is very kind and good person. Any issue raised gets quickly resolved.These are great apartment in a Princeton area, the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond I love my time here and will always recommend it to others.

My wife and I moved from Manhattan to Princeton hoping to find tranquility, space and comfort after 30 years of city living. Our expectations have been exceeded at Copperwood. The community is open, comfortable and full of interesting people and the staff is genuinely caring and professional. The beautiful architecture of the buildings takes full advantage of the surrounding forest with ample, thoughtfully-placed windows and is matched by the ergonomic interior design of the apartments, all of which is a thankful contrast to cramped city living.
