I lived there for 4 years, horrible management. Horrible apartments, with alot of mice and roaches infections. I wouldn't advise anyone to rent. The apartment manager will blame you for the horible state of the apartments.

Worst place to live Period! There is never any parking. Apartments are dirty upon moving in. They are invested with bugs that bite! The staff is extremely rude! If you don’t take my word for it, I would suggest taken a walk through these apartments during the night. Just be careful!

Lived here for 6 years. Maintence is very good & landscaping looks nice. Rents getting too high for small apartment, people & kids are noisy. Not much parking at night.

I would have given ZERO stars if possible had a horrible experience in this place for the two years I lived here,rude staffs especially Halina...roach infested apartments, and Corrupt Management.PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Excellent value for money. I liked the promptness and disciplined property maintenance. Snow is promptly shovelled, leaves blown and lawns mowed. Place is quiet, safe, clean. Infestation related comments in previous reviews have turned out to be pleasantly and entirely untrue, having completed an 18 month stay there. The prime reason I moved in here was the easy access to public transportation - bus stops are a 2 min walk, and both the Trenton and Hamilton train stations are a 10 minute ride/drive away (that's 10 minutes to either SEPTA or NJ Transit).

This is a well-structured and adequately maintained residential area with several blocks of apartments situated next to one another.
