Services
Perpetual Help Assisted Living accepts residents with a variety of conditions and ailments. All of our residents are given an assessment upon admission--and at regular intervals--from which an individual service plan is developed to ensure that each resident receives the unique care he or she needs.
I recently had the experience of several visits to a friend of mine who was being cared for at Perpetual Help Assisted Living. I was very impressed by her quarters there, the cleanliness of the house, but most of all by the loving, compassionate care she received there. Her caretaker, Marian Gutierrez, a registered nurse, and her husband Ken, exhibited hospitality, a sense of family, and dedication to their residents.

I became acquainted with Perpetual Help Assisted Living recently. A loved one of mine was a resident in the home for several months.
Immediately upon entering the home and meeting Marian, the owner, I knew my loved one was well cared for and was in the right place. The home was spotless, modest and comfortable. There were absolutely no unpleasant odors. Guests were welcomed and encouraged to spend time with their family members. Residents were engaged, rather than simply left in their rooms alone, and, when appropriate, brought out to the great room.
The home is convenient to west Mesa, Tempe

The owners of this home care for your loved one as if they were part of their own family. You could not ask for better hands on care than Marian or Ken. The fact that she is also an RN helps immensely as they can stay on top of everything and get The resources to the house quickly. The caregivers are all top notch and super! The food is great and customized as necessary. The setting in the home is perfect. Clean. Neat. Homey and modern. Check them out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!
