BMW of Westbrook has treated me with the most honest work they can provide. The collision center has been a hassle to even deal with. They get no review from me this can be because of lack of staff. It’s time for a bigger collision center with more staff. No one should have to go without there car for over 90 days without a covered rental due to a company inconvenience, delivery of parts, or someone else’s at fault accident. I’m sure the state trooper got himself a nice rental while his car was in the collision center.

The service at Bill Dodge of Westbrook is superior. They always are so nice, personable, and informative. If there are services that are needed on my BMW X3, they will advise me on any other services needed and the cost, and there is never any pressure to have those services done immediately.

We went to Bill Dodge looking for a new car. We were met by Chris. Chris was nothing less than amazing! I am a sales manager for a living and I usually don’t like car shopping, however Chris made this an awesome experience for my husband and I. Really was relaxed, listened, patient and kind! Love that BMW Westbrook makes servicing vehicles EASY. I took advantage of the valet service. I was able to work while BMW Westbrook took care of the rest. Friendly valet picked up my car on time, received a courtesy text when my car arrived. Shortly after, my service rep, Adam Milligan called to let me know what maintenance was due and what was covered on my maintenance plan. Even though I wasn't there in person, I felt my vehicle service was important to Adam and was kept in the loop on what was happening from start to finish. Top notch experience-Thanks again!

My wife and I have purchased two BMWs from Bill Dodge this year. Zack was our salesman for both and he was helpful, informative, and not pushy at all. We felt comfortable during the entire process.
They exceeded our expectations from beginning to end, as have the cars.
Matt in finance was also amazing. He works efficiently and got us loans with great interest rates. He explained all warranty options in detail, was patient, and was understanding of the options we decided against. Again, nothing high pressure at all.

These guys saved our life. Due to a mechanical failure that no one could fix, we had to trade in our Hyundai Equus en route from Canada to Florida. Cassandra worked with us and got us into a small BMW SUV. Everyone in this location, including the paperwork guy who was born on Cape Breton, was courteous and went out of their way, despite a raging storm that knocked out power to thousands of households. We're on our way back and so far, we love the car!

The service department at BMW of Westbrook is, in a word, AMAZING! I recently moved to Maine from New York. My Z4 35is has been serviced by two of the biggest and most respected dealerships in NY/NJ, so I had very high expectations for the care my car receives. Not only did BMW of Westbrook meet those expectations, they exceeded them! I had a major breakdown and had the car towed to Westbrook. Tracy and her service team treated my car like their own! Usually I avoid any dealership service after my maintenance plan is up.
This service department however is a pleasure to deal with; you actually have the experience one should expect when servicing a car with a BMW dealership. Clean, organized shop, state of the art equipment, polite, knowledgeable service advisors and manager. Many of the employees are real BMW enthusiasts, always a good sign in my book.
The cost on some work is a bit higher than good independent shops, but overall pretty competitive at the end of the day. Work is done correctly and on time.

I bought a new 2015 BMW x3 (which I thoroughly enjoy) and I had warranty matters to tend to -the xDrive system kept resetting itself and I would lose all my preferences and have to start from scratch. I had a prompt appointment and was greeted cheerfully and my matters were tended to by genuine and experienced staff. The technicians were able to recreate the problem and apply the right fix. I also had my vehicle detailed the next day and it came out looking show room new.

Worst service ever!!! This is the second time my car has ceased in the last 12 months it took them 2 hours to pick me up . Then I was held waiting in their new waiting room for another 20 before being helped. I can't wait for my service contract to end . Then unfortunately I can unload this vehicle, Bill Dodge is the only BMW dealer in Maine
