When making the switch from Farm Bureau, Logan’s office made the transition seamless and and so easy! The office is clean, welcoming, and the staff is so friendly! There is a space for kids to play and be occupied while you’re there and Addie is incredibly kind and accommodating! Would hands down recommend this family oriented agency to any and all of my friends!

I was transferred to Logan after the death of Anne Gundlauch the former Agent. I never ever had any issues until now. This agent moved to another city and I never got any information about the move. I added 2 whole life and 1term policy along with my home and 4 vehicles. I was told I would get a discount. Never got the discount. Every since I added these policies everything has been messed up with my account. I have to call in my insurance payment because it doesn’t show up online. My payments are different amounts every month. I been trying to call the office today and no one answers and this
