Beware of pricing. I called for a quote and service for a key with door lock entry fob. I was quoted $200. Final charge was $400 and the technician handed me a regular key with no fob and told me to call the owner. I contacted the dealership in Dublin and they concurred that I was very, very overcharged.

After I had lost my only set of keys to my Ford fusion I was panicking because I was not able to use the vehicle. The dealership wanted me to tow the vehicle over to them. After contacting NBH lock services through yelp they got back to me in a day and on a Sunday was able to come out within 30 minutes of quoting me a price. He provided a new key fob/key combo and programmed it to my vehicle within 30 minutes. Thank you so much for your timely service and excellent professionalism.

Highly recommended. They are friendly and go above and beyond. Having come in to get a key copied, the owner ended up filing my other keys to improve their function and provide a very specialized screw for my door handle that had gone missing, all for no extra charge. I will proudly support great local businesses and this one goes above and beyond. Outstanding.

I lost my only pair of keys to my vehicle, I was disappointed to realize that the first three locksmiths that I checked with did not have the key and offered me to order it and that will take time. but gladly I called NBH and they had my key. They arrived fast did the job quickly and more important was affordable and cheaper than other offers. so thank you very much for the kind and good service. will definitely recommend you guys to others!

I didn't actually receive a service from NBH Lock Services but this review is based on their response time and honesty. I needed to duplicate a key and reached out to about 5 locksmiths in the area through yelp for a quote and received quotes at $80+ but then I received a response from NBH after about 15 minutes and was given advice on where to go for a cheaper option for such a small job. I truly appreciate this type of customer service as a poor college student and I will definitely use this company for any larger services I need and recommend them to others because they are honest people
