I recently moved into a new home and needed the locks re-keyed. Nathan arrived promptly and worked quickly. He made suggestions for improvements like adding a deadbolt to the front door and re-keying the locks so fewer keys would be needed (originally there were three keys and he was able to re-key the locks so I would only need two keys. I know it doesn't sound like much, but reducing any amount of the keys I have on my key ring is wonderful).
He was also great about wearing a mask the entire time.

I locked myself out of my apartment, and called Nathan for help. He said he would be there in twenty minutes, but actually only took fifteen, and by the time twenty minutes was up he had gotten me back into my apartment. He made it look easy, and was also very friendly and nice. Absolute lifesaver. Highly recommended!

We needed to get out locks rekeyed in our new home and I went on Yelp to get several quotes. Nathan's service call rate was not the lowest but each of his services is very reasonably priced so we decided to go with him.
Nathan showed up on time and was efficient with his work. We were in the midst of unpacking and he only needed a minute of our time to show him what we needed before he got to work independently. We're very satisfied with the quality of his work and the overall price.

Amazing service and a super nice guy. Called early on a Saturday morning, he was here within an hour, and I had my locks re-keyed very shortly thereafter. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Just an all around excellent business.

Was super impressed with the quality of the work and the speed! I called another locksmith the same day and wound up arguing with them about what I actually needed, which wasn't that complicated - I was just locked out of our garage! I explained this to Nathan and he quickly understood what was needed. He assessed the situation on arrival and let me know what he was doing before he started, and had the door open in no time at all. I also really appreciated that he made sure that I knew how to get the door back on the track correctly before he took off. Very kind and very professional. I don't know

My wife locked herself out of the house when I was out of town at a meeting. Her cell phone was locked inside, so she used a neighbors phone to ask me to find a locksmith. Based on Nathan's 5 star reviews, I called him at 8:30 AM, he arrived at our house 15 min later, and had her in the house in about 5 min. Nathan was super friendly, cheaper than other locksmiths, and very professional. I hope I don't need a locksmith again, but if I ever do, I won't hesitate to call Nathan for the job.
