I just recently moved from O’ahu, Hawai’i to Texarkana, Texas. The managers are so kind & welcoming, they will help you out with anything you need if you ask! The Parks at Summerhill is a very peaceful neighborhood with respectful residents. Anytime I needed a fixture, their handyman came knocking on my door within less than 24 hours of my request. The apartment, itself, is very clean, spacious, and worth the price of its monthly rentals. I am a current resident at the Parks at Summerhill and believe I’ve made the best choice!!! Highly recommend if needing a new apartment-living situation
