I am moving to Texarkana and asked a friend who lives in Texarkana any apartments he recommends. He said The Links so I went and did some research on them online saw more bad reviews than good one, but since my friend recommended them I took his word big mistake! I am moving from about three hours away from Texarkana not to far but still a good drive so I tried to setup as much on the rental procedure as I possibly can online. I submit a application with a nonrefundable fee which gets approved I then call and ask them which apartment did I get approved for since I requested from three different

When first moved in the tub had rusted and holds water from flowing out had to shower in shoes for 2 months. When whole tub was suppose to be replaced they just painted over rusted area which didnt solve the puddle of water that just sits in the tub. Also the apartment had bed bugs. We had to stay with my mom for a while and still paid full rent. There's more problems but I'm just waiting on my lease to be up. They are unprofessional and if you call corporate they dont answer or get back to emails or calls

I have now lived here for 5 months and I’ve had zero problems. The management has been dependable and when I had a problem with my dishwasher it was fixed within 24 hours. I can hear my upstairs neighbor once in a while but that’s all downstairs apartments. I know all my neighbors and we even had Thanksgiving together, My one neighbor has been in the same apartment for 8 years that has to tell you something.
