Amazing place to live, truly! Nice people, very nice apartments. Management could not be better! Donna and Randy do so much for our community...above and beyond more! Plus, at the edge of town it's so quiet and lots of nature. I watch the sunrise every morning over the fields. Wonderfully peaceful!
September 5th, 2020... Now I have to amend my review. Since the last posting the Corp has fired our wonderful manager. Rather than listening to ALL residents, they took the WORD of one resident who constantly makes trouble in the building. HOW SAD! I have called Corp 3 times and don't even get my calls

(Edited) Nice place but all the run off is causing flooding with any storms down stream (south) of eagle creek Arlington is starting to see the affects of it as well. Farmers are unable to plant their crops because the water has no where else to go. The run off is affecting a good portion of the county including the towns, please consider retention ponds in the mediate area of the location.
