Nothing but great things to say! Ms Denise has been so great to us since day 1. We got approved less than 48 hrs back in May. Our move in date was in June and it’s been all good since. Maintenance and staff have a great response time for anything that needs to be fixed. New fitness center was newly installed.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Lived here for 3 years, and what a nightmare it was. The management was ABSOLUTELY terrible. There was something breaking in the apartment on a daily basis with no attempt by management to actually fix it. They would come in weeks later and come up with an excuse then never return. The manager is EXTREMELY threatening and disrespectful. He would constantly write threatening letters and hang them on residents doors. We had no hot water for months and nothing was ever done about it, terrible smells would randomly occur, no A/C, refrigerator or would leak oil because

Extremely lucky about the housing market because I wouldn't have a place if it wasn't the case. I've been trying to get in contact with them for two weeks about a place. Not a single answer or response besides a FB message saying there "might" be one on June (After leaving two voicemails) No here's an application; or where to find one Very stressful when moving back to ohio they made it 10000X more stressful. Luckily I hit up a posting and put a deposit on a new home. THAT ISN'T HERE.

The only positive thing is that it’s affordable. That’s literally it. The floors are rotting, there are numerous code violations, there is no one in the office unless you attempt to make an appointment, even then they have yet to show up to the appointment at the given time and instead continuously reschedule. God awful place. No notices or work being done, changes to lease agreements without notice, threats to throw away personal property that isn’t in violation of the lease agreement. Again a horrible place. Should anyone know a good lawyer for something of this nature please feel free

Nice place to call home. The Office staff, Santanna and Jordan, are very helpful, Answer my emails right away and so sweet. I have lived here for 2 years, met a lot of really great people and I enjoy the location. The Office even Sanitized many times through the week during this pandemic and were still as accessible as they could be during this national crisis, they care.

My girlfriend and I had lived there for 3 years and loved the apartment. Management is honest and super friendly. In my opinion, they have one of the best deals for student living for BGSU students if you are on a fixed budget like I was during school. I enjoyed that the property was smoke free and all the residents are also friendly. I also lived there during the time they updated many aspects to the apartment (front doors, newly paved parking lots, fencing) and it shows they are focused on pleasing their tenants. Their maintenance team is also super responsive and completed jobs the same day

Lived here from Aug 2018 - Aug 2019. I had no complaints. Chris and the other office staff were great. Heat went out once and maintenance was there immediately to help. I received my full deposit back when I moved out. The only reason I did move was because I moved in with roommates elsewhere. Great place and would recommend.

The best apartments in Bowling Green. I lived here for five years and loved it, I felt at home.
Chris and Bill were always there to help if anything was needed. Nicest and most helpful people. Quick responses on any repairs needed.
I was sad to leave and if I ever move back to Bowling Green, I will stop here first to check if they have any apartments available.
Thank you for everything.

Overall, I (Matthew) was very happy with the apartment for 2 years, it was very quiet, there is a shuttle to BGSU, and I liked having a management department right on site. However, there are a couple things to watch-out for. 1) Be very thorough when detailing the issues with the apartment when moving in. I got charged $200.86 for bleach stains that I did not do, but I neglected to note them in the check in sheet. I have seen this issue with other reviews as well. 2) Always pay your rent on time. I was late by 2 days one month (March 1st, and February being a short month, this caused an issue

Great Looking, plenty of amenities, but low income beware! they have income requirements which they do not tell you anything about until you hand in your application. They should be more forthcoming about things like that as it can make or break a deal and waste your time! From what I saw the apartments are ok but not exactly what I would call 5 star.
