Services
This is a service I am happy to offer as a stand-alone product or combined with any full home inspection. As the second leading cause of lung cancer, radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas released from rock, soil and water that (over time) can develop into health hazards for anyone, with children and smokers carrying more risk.
There is a lot involved in a home inspection, but they don't cover everything you might expect. Both sites are well worth reading and directly dictate how home inspections in New York State need to be conducted. Even though we only had our inspection yesterday I felt confident that it would be fine to write a review. Our situation is a little unorthodox because we are already living in the house we were having inspected. We moved in about two weeks ago so thing are still everywhere due to us working. Nonetheless, Joel came to the home, inspected around our chaos, and was not judgemental about our disorganized home. We had an appointment two days after we had contacted him, and a report on the home in less than 24 hours after the inspection. Highly recommend!

Joel was the inspector who worked with us and he was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly prompt to answer any message. He was quick to answer any question I had and went above and beyond to answer questions I thought he might know about because of his line of work even when not directly related to the inspection. He was great about quickly finding space to schedule us and allowed us to come so we could look at the house more and discuss the layout amongst ourselves. As he found things of importance while inspecting he made sure to update us so we'd know right away and could even stop the inspection

My husband and I are beyond happy with our choice for Joel as our home Inspector. He is very thorough, detailed, professional! As a first time home buyers. He made us feel amazing about our purchase. Joel was quick to respond and so incredibly thorough in the inspection and report. He went through all 51 pages of the report with us and made sure we understood how the issues could be fixed and approximately how much it would cost to make it right.
This is my second home purchase, and the first inspector was nothing like Joel. If I ever move again (which I’m hoping I won’t have to because this is our forever dream home), I will hire Joel again! And I will recommend him to anyone needing home inspection. 10/10!!

I recommend Joel to anyone who wants a thorough Home Inspection done with care and quality and professionalism. Joel takes time to explain any issues or items he's observed during the inspection process , he's also offered to answer any questions that may arise after moving into the home, and was very responsive when I had a few questions for him.
His reports are comprehensive, concise and provide a wealth of information to be used not only for the home buying process, but as a reference tool to use after the sale is complete.

Joel took the time to work around my schedule and was always extremely personable yet professional. He actually inspected two homes for us – one we already own, and another we were considering purchasing. The reports were detailed and organized in a very easy to digest manner with the highest priority concerns listed first followed by the varying degrees of the inspection afterward. Joel explained the process in depth and then met with us to review the results at our convenience. He even went so far as to accommodate my request to use web conferencing to discuss the report due to work commitments

Being a first time home buyer was nerve wracking and overwhelming to say the least. Joel did multiple inspections for us during the home buying process.
