I hired Jesse for a home inspection based on his great reviews and was not disappointed. Communication was responsive and professional. The inspection was scheduled in a timely manner and the turnaround time for the report was less than 48 hours. The report was detailed with useful photos and recommendations; Jesse even flagged issues likely to arise in the next few years for budgeting, and tips for avoiding problems. The seller showed me the report from his own past inspection and it was much less informative. I was very pleased and can recommend Jesse's work without reservation!

Jesse completed a home inspection for a house that we had recently put an offer in on. He was referred to us by my real estate agent and we were a little apprehensive about not knowing him but he was magnificent! We called him on a Saturday afternoon hoping he could come out on Sunday and he was able to fit us in. He was early to the house and was extremely pleasant. He was thorough in his work, was extremely detailed in his explanations on what he was doing, answered all of our questions, always made sure we understood what he was doing and saying and never made us feel stupid for asking a question

Jesse has been great! We have used him twice now and he is very accommodating for last minute appointments and works around our work schedules. He is very knowledgeable in the field and takes the time to explain every last thing to you while on site. The final report comes quickly after and he follows up with you shortly after that to see if there are any questions. We would highly recommend him!
