First and foremost I loved every bit of my first experience at ‘Five Towns Orthodontics’. Being a new patient I was running late however the receptionist and staff were all understanding. I’ve had braces for 4 years in the past after I took them off my teeth have shifted due to having a retainer that didn’t fit. Dr. Jonathan Paley ensured me that he could fix the problem and gave me three options. Service was quick, followed COVID Guidelines, and their was such an amazing & comfortable environment. Will be recommending to more family & friends. Thank you Five Towns Orthodontics.

The service here is always stellar. Everyone has a smile and the orthodontists take time to actively listen to your concerns and educate you step by step about each procedure. They're also helpful with offering reputable recommendations for referrals. Additionally they are quite affordable and are willing to make a realistic payment plan to suit the individual. They seem to genuinely love their job and are always excited at the progress my teeth are making. Overall I feel safe in their hands.

My boys are extremely happy with Five Towns Orthodontics. My 9 year old son just finished treatment with an expander and my 11 year old son will be getting braces. The Dr. and staff are very friendly. My boys love to join the contests they often have and my younger son won a prize a few months ago. Highly recommend.

We have two children under FTO care. One of my kids even looks forward to going, and asks every morning “am I going today?” Not only is it a professional practice, but every procedure is explained to the children in language they understand and everyone in the office really loves kids. You can’t pretend! Kids know!

Literally the best possible orthodontic practice. Take insurance. Reasonably priced. Payment plans - work with you for an amount that you are comfortable with each month. I have multiple children and each child got their own treatment plan - it’s not a one size fits all mentality at all. Orthodontists and staff are very pleasant and friendly. Even children with anxiety feel comfortable with them. Flexible hours - before school to early evening. Don’t wait long once you get here. They fit you in when you have emergencies.
