I have had several A/C companies prior to using No Monkey Business and have been unhappy each time. Ken is truly a professional and knows his business! My warranty company sent this company over to make repairs . they NEVER answer the phone during office hours.. technician that came out was very professional.. However, whoever the lady is in the office is beyond rude and unprofessional.. I've never been handled the way she just handled me like I was a child..
