Rich received his B.A. from Oberlin College and J.D. from Duke University School of Law. He has lived in Bucks County and practiced law in Doylestown since 1984. Beginning in 2003 Rich began serving as a guardian for adult individuals adjudicated incapacitated in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties.
