Services
We started Brilliant & Neiman, LLC when we saw that there were not enough firms dedicated to protecting injured workers from the workers' compensation insurance carriers. Too often, we have seen general practice firms "dabble" in the complicated world of workers' compensation matters and the injured worker is the one who loses.
When you suffer a work injury, the last things you and your family should have to deal with are the complexities of workers' compensation law. There are notice requirements, time limitations, and other traps for the unwary. Litigation is an extremely complicated process, which is why all of the workers' compensation insurance carriers have access to attorneys.
Here at Brilliant & Neiman LLC we often get calls from injured workers who were hurt while doing their jobs but were given no direction by their Employer as to how they are to get medical treatment or obtain money while they cannot work because of their work injuries.
Also we get calls from injured workers who are told specifically what doctor to treat with and what they need to do, but are given no information as how they will get paid while they are out of work. When you are injured at work your employer and the insurance adjuster usually only tell you what you they want you to do! Often they tell you what doctor to go to, where to get x-rays and other diagnostic studies, and where to get medications.

I am happy to write a very positive review for Glenn Neiman.
Glenn has been helping me navigate the Worker's Compensation landscape for over 10 years. Having screened several lawyers previously, on my initial call with Glenn it was quickly obvious that he knows the field in expert-level detail. He is fully dedicated to Worker's Comp and he stays up to date with the legislation and case law. Plus he is a honest, moral, and kind person who has a big heart and a good sense of humor. And he is not loud, aggressive, angry, or full of himself. These are all of the things I was looking for in my search

My story with Brillant & Neiman begins way back in 2006 when I was hurt at my employer. I was having issues with my employer and decided to obtain legal representation. I had been referred to Glenn Neiman as well as others. Upon meeting Glenn I knew he was the real deal. He has a passion to protect the injured worker and it shows. He has a "bed side manner" that rivals any other attorney I have had to deal with in my business career. He is THE professional when it comes to workers comp law in PA and how it pertains to the worker. Take a moment to read his blog and you will see that shine through

Their fee agreement for worker compensation is very shady, they should be thieves not laeyers, they want %20 fees of the entire settlement including the medical, and they have the righrs to terminate their serviced with you and get paid the %20 of everything, so if you get for example $6000 and the insurance pay for medical $40,000, their fee will be $9,200, plus if you wave any medical with the insurance company, they want %20 of that, thoes kind if layers will kill themselves
