This started as a way for me to cross training for long distances races. Little did I realize, it would turn into something that I can't live without. Any time I'm ever having a rough day, I'm stressed out, or I just want to sweat, this is the place I go. Not only have I become more flexible, become a better athlete, and gained a lot of strength, I ended up meeting so many people I would've never met had I not attended hot yoga classes multiple times a week. Whatever you put into the class is what you're going to get out of the class. It's up to you and you alone to take it to the next level. I

Attended off and on for over a year, and I feel I can say with authority as a fitness instructor myself, this is not at all an inclusive environment that promotes fitness for every body. I have attended hot classes at other studios and this is more along the lines of hot extreme fitness. Great for those ready for it. Also not inclusive if you don't run in this owner's clique, which became clear to me was a church group of some sort. If you aren't a Christian, just be prepared for Christian music during shivasana. I found that to be an interesting choice considering I saw no faith based marketing

Wow! I feel Amazing Hot Yoga just kicked my Bottom 🕉🍑
Who would of thought Kansas would have such a diverse community. I met ladies from England, Australia! Super cool 🤙
I recently moved here the ladies up front helped get me signed up! Gina taught this class. I must say I think I've done Hot Yoga once in my life, it was years ago. It was hot, sweaty, hard and extremely rewarding! I'm so happy I came here. Will be making a point to fit a class or 2 in my weekly schedule. There's two locations East and West! Everybody was welcoming and friendly. 🌺

LOVE this place.
The thoughtfulness that goes into their work is very apparent. This place has quality instructors and the price made it easy to go often. The instructors would go around and help people if they needed guidance.
I truly felt improvements in my mind and body after attending their classes.
I moved away from KS and I miss Hot Asana sooo much.

Would 100% not recommend ever going to this studio. On Black Friday of 2019 I went in for class and left my purse and belongings in the cubby where people may leave their things during class. Apparently they don't lock the studio doors during classes and leave their front desk unattended, so everyone's belongings are out for the taking. I had my purse, phone and car stolen that day. The studio refused to cooperate with my insurance company and pay me back for my car deductible fee along with the $1,000+ of belongings in my car and purse.

I've never tried any type of yoga before and this was a great place to start. The instructor was really nice and patient in the fundamentals class. It was also an awesome workout. My muscles feel like I had done heavy lifting at the gym. Think meditation/workout/sauna all in one package. Looking forward to returning.

Hot Asana is the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Hands down. I have attended yoga classes in Kansas City, Chicago, Minneapolis and various other large cities and none of them have come close to the community that is Hot Asana. This gem in Wichita, KS remains at the top of my list for yoga studios and fitness studios broadly. All of the instructors are welcoming, personal and so supportive of each individual’s yogi journey. When you attend a class at Hot Asana you see all levels from beginner to the very experienced. The environment is not intimidating, but instead is encouraging and comfortable

Smooth and challenging vinyasas. Complimentary water bottles. I'm visiting from out of state for my first time in Kansas and was thrilled to hear once in class, " ...click your heels together, there's no place like home". !! Owner gave my class and welcomes everyone to do what they can with encouragement.

Be prepared for an active, athletic style of yoga that results in crazy progress very quickly. It is unlike any yoga studio I have been to. The environment is positive, challenging, and adventurous in practice. All of the teachers are amazing, but the owner, Gina, is unreal. The classes are different every time with many variations to best suit your style, including arm balances and inversions. I could go on and on about how addicting it is. Amazing workout for the mind and body.

I came to hot asana without ever doing yoga before or really not knowing anything about it but the fun part is growing and learning each practice! The instructors are awesome, everyone who attends class is nice, clean and happy vibe of a facility!
My weeks now revolve around setting an intention and goals to achieve and fitting in a couple yoga classes :). I highly recommend!

Was hooked on Hot Asana after the first class I went to and now I attend 4+ times a week. It is a great class to build strength, improve flexibility and facilitate emotional, physical, and mental health! I would encourage anyone and everyone to try it at least once! The first two classes are free and the instructors are willing to assist on form before, during, and after classes. I have replaced my normal gym workouts for the past 4 months with this and have been in the best shape of my life ever since!

As someone who practices yoga every other day in Kansas City, this was my experience at Hot Asana in Wichita. PROS: ... Rental mats are thick, high quality Manduka mats. Rental mat-towels are high quality as well. Typically rental mats are paper-thin. ... $11 drop-in rate is quite reasonable. Comparable studios in KC can be $20 + tax. ... The quick pace of the class was on-par with expectations. The poses were challenging and varied. ... Check-in for new members was quick and painless; I wasn't holding up the regulars. ... The shower was welcome; most home-grown studios lack them. ... Free

My favorite yoga place! I have been going to this studio for a few years now and have seen it expand tremendously. Ever since my first class, I have been hooked! Hot yoga has been the perfect medium for me to work out and feel comfortable doing so. For me, it's fun but I also get a work out in! The instructors are always so helpful and they are always willing to let you continue to practice even when class is finished.
The owner of the studio is the sweetest and they are extremely welcoming! The west studio offers a free class in the morning every Friday and your first two visits to either

Sometimes not everything is everyone's cup of tea. I experienced my first visit at the east side location that is also owned by the same people. I was pleased with the set up and appearance of the entire place. They do a good job with their first impression catering to their customers. What really through me when I first entered into the room was, people are not quiet. They were chit chatting it up with anyone around them instead of out in the hall. I have been to other studios in town that ask their students to keep it quiet when first entering into the space of where the practice is

So I noticed there was a new Yoga studio in town. I am not a big yoga fan in general, I prefer the weights at the gym and good ol running form time to time. I figured since everyone was making such a fuss about this new place I would check it out. I personally am all about the slower movement in my techniques for when I do my work outs verses the super fast pace. In addition, I am not a fan of the super hot yoga style. I sweat easily already at a normal gym, I don't need a sauna and yoga combined to do it for me. Sure it may be great for some but it isn't my style for a good work

I was so excited to learn that Hot Asana opened a studio on the east side of town! I went to their grand opening on the west side; and for the better part of three years I braved rush hour traffic from east to west Wichita, in commutes that sometimes took 45 minutes or more, to practice at Hot Asana with Gina, Cristy, and their crew. I cannot offer a higher compliment than to say that the quality of their yoga--mind, body, spirit; they cultivates all three--at Hot Asana is so strong that I spent approximately an hour and a half traveling east to west as many as three to four days per week to practice

I just move here from Florida and spent some time searching around for a yoga studio that fits my practice - one that challenges you, but also is a great fun workout. Hot Asana fits this glove perfectly, the instructors are phenomenal, the people around are very courteous, and it's just all around a great environment to practice in! (Plus, the prices are much more reasonable than ones I went to in Florida)
I 100% recommend if you are new to yoga/ the area - they offer the first two classes free!

Hot Asana is a must if you're looking for Yoga in and around Wichita. I live in Los Angeles and have been visiting Wichita for the past week for the holidays and have been to Hot Asana 3 times. The instructors have all been very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to make the experience valuable.
I've been to about 10 different yoga studios in the past year and you can always feel if the studio is just churning out another class or if they really do care about each person in the room. Hot asana definitely cares and just a few touches they put on the class really show that they
