I would not recommend Applewood Funding to anyone. I read the reviews before applying, but decided to continue the application process because the good seemed to outweigh the bad. Unfortunately my experience has been similar to the other bad reviews. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Should be 6 Stars!!!!
Had nightmare experience with 2 other lenders, one taking 6 weeks & charging $530 for appraisal just to say NO a couple days before closing!
Geoff IS the decision maker, he says what he can do & does what he says! Closed in 2 weeks!!! They streamline & simplify the process eliminating much of the red tape!
Geoff is a miracle worker!
