I just showed up to have them check my tire because I was having an issue with one of them. Unfortunately I had a nail in the sidewall of the tire and it could not be repaired. They got me the exact tire and installed it while I waited. What awesome customer service. Kimera and Robin and their whole staff were awesome as always.

I really Like this place. They are warm and inviting. Quick service and very professional. They will work with your schedule. Had a bad oil leak that drained every bit of oil from my truck engine. Luckily I was able to get it to Honest-1 near my house. Daniel and the team immediately identified the problem and took care of the issue…unfortunately when I needed a previous oil change, there was no availability at Honest-1 so in a rush I took it to “the other guy”, bad mistake! The other guy didn’t change out the worn out drain plug and that was the root of the problem. Won’t ever take it anywhere else again. I truly am grateful to the crew at Honest-1

I’ve used this place several times and each time my experience has been great. Then there’s yesterday. Although it’s not a huge deal and it could have been worse, working for a company that takes pride in hospitality, my experience just didn’t sit well with me.

I called to get an estimate for my wife's Toyota Camry and I was very disappointed in the conversation I had with Robin. I informed her I would like an estimate for the replacement on the rack and pinion. Robin asked me if I had received any previous estimates prior to calling them and that raised a red flag for me right there. My Lexus wouldn't start when visiting my mother in The Colony. I needed it repaired and I saw an ad for honest-1 Auto Care on my mother's counter. I contacted them and spoke with Hannah who was very helpful. They got a tow truck to tow my car over. They successfully repaired the problem at a reasonable and fair cost. I love this place! I drove 35 minutes from downtown Dallas just to get my oil changed here. I absolutely love that they are women owned! They were straightforward, transparent, and friendly with their service. They were very prompt and had my car in and out in under an hour. They took the time to explain the different types of oil I could choose from and the pros and cons of each without belittling or making me feel stupid. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work/filters like other places almost always try to do. As a woman who is used to auto shops taking advantage of my auto repair ignorance

This is the first time in years that I've deviated from the place I normally go to get my vehicle inspected and I did not regret it! I was immediately helped upon my arrival and was contacted in about 30 minutes or so to inform me my vehicle was ready for pickup. The service was super friendly, the establishment inside was very clean, and the little snack they left in my car was the perfect touch. This will be my home for vehicle inspections and more! My mother took her van to Honest-1 on Windhaven in Lewisville (The Colony) for a transmission problem, and subsequently for a state inspection. There was a problem with what happened that I won't go into, but in short, we had to take the van to another shop. My belief is that the H-1 mechanic that worked on my mother's van was not competent and not honest.
Unfortunately, while the van was at the other shop, my mother suddenly died, so I had to resolve this issue on behalf of her estate. I brought the problem with what had happened to the attention

I came here expecting honest auto care, but unfortunately that's not what I received. These people are scammers to the fullest extent. I needed my radiator replaced along with my condenser due to a collision. They quoted me at $1,600 for a radiator and bracket replacement and once they added the condenser and engine cooling it brought it to $3,500. I then went to the actual dealership for my car and they quoted me at $1,100 for everything, without warranty coverage. This place is dishonest, the people are rude once you tell them you will be going elsewhere, and they are SHADY. Run!

The staff at this place are helpful, kind and honest. I enjoy taking my car here because they are prompt and reasonable. No BS from them trying to get me to fix something that isn't needed. Generally, I like to perform my own work on vehicles I own, however, many time there are issues that I don't have the time or equipment to perform. When those occasions have become necessary take the vehicle elsewhere, I take them to Honest-1. I've always had a good experience with this business and they done a good job with providing an initial estimate, providing options and completing the work. To this point I haven't been disappointed and would recommend them if you're looking for shops to consider.

This place is amazing! Daniel was my guy through it all. I told him my situation and walked me through what he will do and what I would need to do. A car dealership basically turned me away because they couldn't diagnose the problem and wanted me to pay for extra hours that was not needed.
