All Paradise Properties have a lockbox near the door that contains the keys to the home. When you reserve a home, we will provide you with the code, so you can drive straight to the property and get the keys yourself. Pets are only allowed in one of our homes (in Palm Key in Davenport), a three bedroom home.
Welcome home to a beautiful 3 bedroom, three bathroom condo in Reunion! The open floor plan has a spacious, well equiped kitchen, that opens into a combined dining and living room area. The patio is right off the living room and has lots of seating options and wonderful views. The unit has it own washer and dryer.

Horrible communication and lack of professionalism. Do not stay here. They only want your money. It is not worth it. We had a wedding reschedule which they accommodated but then ended up with covid the week we were supposed to go. Provided proof of covid tests and wasn’t even allowed to reschedule dates or even a partial refund of the second night. Nothing. We were told that we could come with covid. They don’t care about their guests and are not accommodating even if you are running a high fever or on your death bed. Totally inflexible Do not rent the Sol Sufer or Sunnyside house in Carillon

Very disappointed with this property. First I did not receive an email with instructions on how to access property. I had to call a day before to get this information. Next, From the pictures online and the price that we paid, I expected better as I have stayed in Reunion before at another vacation rental on VRBO. I chose this property based on the aesthetic's and decor, the small Disney and Mickey Mouse touches. Upon check in we quickly discovered that the rug in Livingroom was heavily soiled,dirty, in immediate need of replacement. The sofa needed cleaning, dirty in some spots, and it smelled

7616 Sandy Ridge Drive, #203......this is the unit we stayed in. The unit was nasty. The rug was extremely filthy. The sofa smelled Like spilled coffe and was sticky in certain areas, we found hair in the shower, the remote was sticky with syrup, dishes were dirty, we called them and explained how bad the unit was even sent pictures, their only response was " sorry". The towels were used and worn and had bleach stains. This is the absolute worst place to stay in the entire state of Florida. See My pictures. The carpet was soooo nasty we rolled it up to mask the stinch, but under the rug was a sticky

I have been visiting Paradise Properties for many many years. I consider my wife Drusilla and I 👪 family with the management staff at Paradise Properties. I have even met some of the maintenance and housekeeping staff as well. The 2021-2022 winter season is a extended stay for my wife and I. We are extremely thankful to Angie and Darren for their support in trying to keep us as comfortable as possible during our stay. Since November we have stayed at Legacy Park, Venetian Bay Villas and headed to Terra Verde in a couple of days. The properties were cleaned thoroughly and in good repair. Thank
