The rental was nice however, it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. When we checked in, there was urine all over the toilet in the owner’s suite bathroom. The shower curtain in one of the upstairs bathrooms was molded. We had issues with getting all of the TV’s in the house to work, however once we called customer service, the representative was very helpful with assisting us with this issue.
I was very disappointed with the pool. I paid the additional fee to have the pool heated which ended up being a waste because it was only heated on the day of our arrival. So, we didn’t get

We have rented here for 15 years and the past few years service has severely dropped off. The last two years when asked to come fix the hot tub, no one has come or they say nothing can be done when they do come. Have called several days and been told someone will be out and no one ever comes.

Been here at Windsor Palms in Kissimmee since Saturday. They’ve had very LOUD work being performed on our building since Monday.(See video below) I called global resort homes and they claim ignorance of any work being done. That’s the end. Work will continue until Monday. We’ve been woken up at 8:30 am every day. Four days of work so far. Global Resorts called back to say work should be completed Monday. Definitely would not recommend. Global Resorts claims they were never notified by the HOA work would be done when they rented us this unit. No accountability and no offer for some solution

This was my 10th time staying at the solara resort
The house has a way floor in the master (black mold) that never dryed the kitchen Faust leaked the pool filter and heater didn't work for 5 days the stove top was cracked and then the roach in the master closet roped it off. No call backs from the Mgt team called 7-8 times no response!

I'm disappointed with this company, we rented a house to spend the end of the year party and the house has several problems. Clogged toilet, clogged bathroom sink, pool lamp out of place (which would be a huge shock hazard) pool lamp burnt out, two days without internet, outside lights not working. A huge disregard for a client who came to enjoy the vacation with family and friends. When we paid 5,000 dollars we didn't think it would be this nightmare.

Stay at one of their properties at Windsor Hills. When we arrived the condo was just as the photos showed. Our kids loved the mickey room!! The location was perfect for getting to Disney and nearby grocery stores.

We rented a home that global resort homes manages. When we arrived the home was not cleaned properly. There were spots of food all over the walls and cupboards. Stuff on the walls of the bathrooms. We had to sweep the floor as the floor was also dirty. The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was globs of hair all over around and in the pool. Garbage and clothing items around the pool. Broken glass. The pool was green and cloudy. I emailed to ask them to clean it the night we checked in. They didn't come until 430 the next evening. She swept the area and agreed it was unacceptable. For context, this was our 4th stay in Kissimmee in 18 months, and we used VRBO. We only have 5-star reviews as guests and pride ourselves on cleanliness and open communication. We've received nothing but positive feedback from owners/managers for our communication, which is to help them out.

Tourists BEWARE! My family and I stayed on Kings Castle and could not have been more disgusted and dissatisfied. Our trip was rescheduled 3 times due to COVID so the excitement was an all time high once we got there. Upon arrival, the floors in the house were loaded with dirt, pool was filthy with Styrofoam and waters bottles in it, toilets had urine on them, the fridge was not working (we bought $800 worth our groceries for our 10 day stay), the ceiling by the front door was leaking, the upstairs bedroom floor was constantly wet and the room smelled like mildew. When Florida Sun Vacation Homes sold their business to Global resort Homes there was an incentive (no initial set up fee) to go with Global which we did. Frankie Magliocchetti, the Director of Owner Relations was nice enough when we met to discuss the transfer and setting up but once we were set up it was impossible to talk to or anyone in the office. I left multiple messages that went unanswered both voice mail and text.

I found the organization to be overpriced (management fee, maintenance, cleaning, everything) compared to other management companies and on top of the higher cost their owner

Disclaimer: I am only on day 3 of my stay. I will update if anything changes. I wanted to highlight the great experience I have had with this resort because it needs to be said looking at these reviews.

Booking: I called and booked at the beginning of this whole covid mess at a time when people were canceling. I cancelled a trip to Mexico and decided to go somewhere that I could drive. I called and spoke to Cheryl. She was so very polite. She expressed how appreciative she was of me making the booking. They altered their policy for covid and allowed late cancellations with full refunds

Horrible experience! Do NOT rent from this company. We booked and paid for our trip to Disney in November 2019. Our trip was scheduled for the first week of April 2020. Due to the coronavirus our flight was canceled, Disney has been closed and the Government is recommending no unnecessary travel. This company refuses to give us a refund and has bullied us into rescheduling for next year. We spoke to many people at the company and each one was less helpful than the next. There were no directions on how to check in. I had to call the owner, who gave me the number to the rental company. She was very rude and gave me a code to get in. The alarm went off and she told me it would stop on its own. It did not. The police came. She had to give me the alarm code. The house was in horrible shape. I understand there will be wear and tear with rentals. But I at LEAST expect them to maintain them. There was an OBVIOUSLY broken headboard. Another bed had broken supports underneath. The hot tub would not heat (one of the main reasons we rented this house was the hot tub). The

We stayed at 2588 Archfeld Blvd, Windsor Hills Resort over Easter. This house is in need of a deep cleaning and much maintenance. Some issues we experienced were: kitchen table so beat up and wobbly we didn't dare sit at it, nor on some of the chairs. Carpets need to be cleaned and tile floors washed. Some of the lights in the kitchen burned out or didn't work, nor did the lights in the pool. Outdoor furnishings very poor condition some completely broken. Master bedroom mattress feels very used, should be replaced, same with family room furniture. Live Cockroach found in bathroom

Will never go back there again! Our "heated" pool (which costs extra) does not work has not worked for 2 days. And if it did it is only heated from 8am to 8 pm. And then we return from a fun filled day at the parks only to learn we can only get in one of the two gates. So we drove around to the other gate and say for about 30 minutes with a line of 20+ cars waiting to get in. Because for some reason each car took like 5 minutes to get thru. Absolutely ridiculous, for the price the service should match and it clearly does not.

Avoid at all costs. We got in for our stay at midnight. We were locked out. We called and no one answered . We had paid 2500 for the week but we had to find a hotel for night one. They called back at 9 am and let us in... finally. Day 4. They locked us out again with a note with a happy face on it saying we didn't check in. We had but the front desk lady forgot? Another night in a hotel. This place is horrible and will lock you out. Night call never answers the phone so after 5 if they accidentally decide to lock you out , you are in a hotel.

BEWARE of any property managed by Global. We paid thousands of dollars for a house that had ants all over the kitchen and in the drawers, a television in the living room whose colors are distorted and don't work, many tears and holes in the screens around the pool area, an inch of dust on some of the decorations, and damp, smelly towels in the dryer. I can deal with issues that arise but Global's indifference to our complaints is the major issue. We loved our home that we stayed in for 7 days. Spacious with great decor. When we checked in the reps were friendly and offered the kids a welcome packet! So nice. My only complaint is that they charge $50 to rent a grill - it's not included in the home! Cheaper to run to Walmart and purchase one. Also the drawer handles on our dresser were broken so it was a pain to open and close them. Really should be fixed.

We stayed at the Oakwater Resort and had a wonderful time. Just got back ! Clean and beautiful, lovely pool and whirlpool. So close to Disney! The address was 2710 Oakwater Drive. Quiet and secure! Will definately do this again! 3 Bedroom and 2 bath for $750 for the week.

Vacationers beware!

My husband and I, along with our 5-year-old daughter, 8-month-old son and my parents, were looking to rent a spacious home near Disney World for the week following Christmas in 2013. We found a home in the Windsor Hills subdivision that was being managed by Global Resort Homes. We were impressed by the pictures and were willing to pay the $3,500 total that it cost for a week's stay.

Long story short - we were wrong and YOU SHOULD NOT STAY HERE (and, honestly, I would be hesitant to stay at any of the properties this company runs).

For nearly $500 per night we expected
