We needed to have a vehicle's ignition rekeyed and a set of new keys with a chip to match. Called this company in the morning, they said they would be out by the afternoon. Steven came on time, was very professional and polite. He had to take apart the dash and spent close to 2 hours working on the car. He was able to rekey the ignition, make the new set of chipped keys. Our battery was dead so he gave it a jump and let it charge for a good 10 minutes. He helped us get the car started. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very thankful to have found this company:)

Awesome service today from Tee. I called at 0800 and he was here within an hour and done rekeying my home by 11. Super professional, and clean. Even took notice of the Dodger shirt I was wearing and made me a couple of Dodger keys . I highly recommend to anyone needing to change their locks. Great affordable price too! Thanks again Tee!!

I called on a Friday afternoon to see how much it would be to rekey our home before moving in. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were readily available to come just a couple of hours later. I appreciated T for communicating with me in regards to an approximate time that he would be there (Friday rush hour traffic before the holidays is NO JOKE). Had a situation where I needed all the locks changed on my home. Ali came same day and was the most kind person. He played with my son and showed him what he was doing as my inquisitive toddler was wanting to know all that he was doing. He was quick and made me feel like everything was going to be ok! Pricing was extremely fair and $50 cheaper than another lock smith I found here on Yelp! I would use him again without hesitation!

Locksmith IQ is the team's go to company and Ali (super ethical & professional) is always ready to make sure we have a secure business. With our business mainly focused on safety of children, Locksmith IQ… really did a GREAT job with securing playground gate. The system Ali installed is wonderful, works efficiently and is very easy for our team to programmed into the database. We now have a very reliable monitoring gate system @ LOL Kids Club Indoor Playground. Ali is AWESOME too!

Ali is the most courteous, professional and patient man I've experienced!!! He was out of town on a job when I initially called for a non-emergency call. He referred me to someone else that he thought might be able to help. Unfortunately his referral was also unavailable, so when I called the next day he readily showed up to assist me. My ignition… issue unfortunately is a Volkswagen dealer issue, but Ali spent 8 hours at my house as we both tried to work the issue. In the end, we were unsuccessful.
