Wow! I can't say enough about this key place! they are friendly, and man, they really know their stuff (not like other places)! My car key for my honda was broken and they offered to fix it or sell me a new one. I love that I had options. They were super quick and awesome! I will come back here again! they sure know how to do business right

Went to Jack's because the rip-off artists at Toyota (sorry, "dealer") wanted to charge almost $300 to program a new key for my 2013 Corolla. I first went to Ace (which charges like $75, but their machine doesn't work ‍), and then found Jack's. Mike was super knowledgeable, and had us in and out of there in 15 min.

For the 1-star reviews on here... Mike is a man of few words, and most of them are sarcastic (and funny) as hell. I can't help if people think he's abrupt... he works at a place that makes keys and sells/sharpens knives, what do you want the guy

I didn't catch the Woman's name who fixed my keys, but this was the fastest, kindest and most effortless process. Toyota said they wanted 150.00 + to fix my keys. This location was way more affordable and took less than five mins. Definitely Will be back for any future key needs. They also had a ton of very cute keys to choose from for homes.

Went into Jack's Key Service because I saw a sign that said they do knife sharpening. I have several knives and scissors that need sharpening. I will be going there next week as their pricing is awesome!

I showed up to have a key made and realized I didn't have my wallet! While looking for my wallet in the car, he came out with the new key that I needed and told me to come back with the money anytime. I did return and pay him for the key, and I really appreciated him for doing that. His generosity saved me from a lot of time in the car because I don't live close by. Professional, Friendly and very knowledgeable! I discovered things about my car key fob, that the dealer didn't share or maybe didn't know! Totally recommend this place!

A couple $280+ quotes from dealers and car key makers for my broken Lexus key led me to see if Jack's could beat the price. In about 15 min, he was able to repair the key with a new metal key and new plastic housing for the fob. Out the door for $65.

I also have a 2005 with just one key. Without a second key, it's more difficult/costly to get a spare made. But he knew the trick including turning the ignition on/off 8 times, which allowed him to program a new key and fob for my Ford.

All in all a great shop. They sharpen knives too if you're looking for that.

I brought my truck back there and told them the key they made me only works on one side. I asked if he could fix it , So the guy made me a new key , but it did not have the plastic head on it. I asked he could make me a new key just like my old key that only works on one side , and he got an attitude with me , said he made me a new key , no charge , and that’s it. The dashboard on our 2016 Toyota Highlander kept showing that the battery to our key fob needed to be replaced. so I drove down to Jack's Key Service in Upland Ca. They replaced the battery in less than 5 minutes and even told me that if the battery should go completely dead I can simply put the key fob close to the engine start button and still start the car. That's what I call great service!! Thank you!!

I lost my car keys and the remote that comes with it. I had been using a spare for a month and was afraid I'd lose that so I needed another set.
