As Founder and Licensed Acupuncturist of the Acupuncture Center for Balance & Healing, Tina Berisha L.Ac, leads a well trained, multi-specialty team of Acupuncturists, BioSET (R) Practitioners, PSYCH-K(R) Mindset Experts, Shamanic Healers and Yoga Instructors. We are all committed to each other, the vision of the center, and our clients.

It can enhance recuperative power and immunity, support physical and emotional health, and improve overall function and well-being.
We thoroughly review your full health history and talk about all aspects of your health, both current and past. After you are comfortable and any questions have been answered, you receive your first treatment. Once the needles are placed, you relax quietly for about 30-45 minutes. Initial evaluation is discounted to $135 with the purchase of a Wellness Package at your initial visit.
Here are some things to keep in mind when coming for your first treatment that will help the process go as smoothly as possible. Your first acupuncture appointment and treatment will take about 1.5 hours. You'll bring in the New Patient Intake form and we will thoroughly review your full health history.

I have been going to Tina for many years. She has helped me with detoxing, food sensitivities, allergies, hormones, adrenal issues and minor illnesses I have gotten along the way. The office is such a peaceful place and her office staff are friendly and helpful. I have learned so much about Chinese medicine, energy pathways, pressure points and how emotions can impact health. I have learned how to keep my body healthy from Tina and know my immune system can battle any illness. I had such great success I have had both my sons see Tina as well.

I have been seeing Tina since early 2017. I suffered from chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives cause unknown) since 2010 thereabouts. Tried multiple doctors and therapeutics with no long lasting results. These start off as a single hive and would rapidly progress to anaphylaxis - putting me in the ER and on steroids to manage symptoms. Not great for a diabetic like me. This was down being a regular occurrence every 8-12 weeks.
It took me waiting for 3 months to get a slot to see Tina. Under her care and with a balance approach of Bioset, Accupuncture and lifestyle changes, I am happy to report

This place is a true gem! Tina is amazing at what she does! I have had her Acupuncture and Bioset treatments. After years of having idiopathic urticaria (hives), and seeing numerous doctors, acupuncture is the only source of relief and healing I have found. Tina has helped me so much! She goes over and above for her clients, has so much wisdom to share, and tips for holistic healing/living. She has greatly impacted my mental and emotional well-being. I cannot say enough about Tina and this wonderful center, highly recommend!

My partner had a traumatizing experience here when they were approached by both the receptionist and Tina without masks. They went to Tina for help with their chronic pain and emotional trauma but was triggered by this blatant lack of safety. Tina and the receptionist gave my partner a panic attack. Terrible behavior from a “wellness” center.

Tina is a gem. I believe her help was instrumental in helping me to overcome fertility issues and keeping my body working its best during a high-risk pregnancy. I have truly benefited from her services during stressful times raising young twins. On top of all this, she is SUCH a kind person, and as an acupuncturist, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend!
