I switched last year from my local State Farm agent to Roger L Stevens insurance. My new agent Alissa Foster Is the best. She has always been friendly, helpful and professional. She got me a great deal for all my vehicles and I was, for the first time ever, able to pay for a whole years insurance plan. When I needed to add a third vehicle, I just called Alissa. Within minutes, I was insured and on the road in my new car. She was even able to help my Grandma get fire insurance on her new California Home. Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.

Roger L Stevens Insurance is the place to call if you need help with the California Fair plan. Their staff are friendly and very informative about the products they sell. I did not understand how a California fair plan policy along with a companion policy worked. My agent helped to explain it all and helped me feel comfortable with what I was purchasing. I am confidant in the service that they provide and that they have my best interest at heart. It's helpful to know that they are local agents and experiencing the same issues personally with fire insurance as we all are. Big thanks to Christina

This office is the worst!!! Stephanie Reid is the agent I used last year to sign up for Covered California! This year I called to have a so called phone in appointment she did not help me at all! She updated nothing!!! I got off the phone and immediately called Cutler Segerstorm!
