Don't bring our loved ones here. They'll get neglected and ignored and will most likely get Covid since they let Covid positive staff work on the floor and people who work in the Covid unit don't stay in the unit. They come and go through the building without proper masks and whatever else they're supposed wear.

My grandpa just got home from here—and you’ll want to keep yourself and anyone you even remotely care about to stay very far away from this place. During his stay, my grandpa fell three times and was left on the floor for hours, even after trying to call and alert staff to come they couldn’t—or wouldn’t—for an alarmingly long time. They’re either terribly understaffed or incompetent, and I fear it’s both. After my grandma complained, they finally started getting him equipment so he could lift himself up better. But this is basic! The food there is terrible, stale and bland, and

I've been coming to this place over the last 5 years after each of my surgeries. I keep coming back because I've had good experiences each time. After I sold my home and my husband died, I decided to come back here to live here permanently.

I visited this facility and met many employees who truly cared about the residents staying here. The building was clean and even being renovated in some areas. You can tell the owners and employees are working hard to keep this facility clean and welcoming to the residents.

I have been happy with this facility since day one. The staff has been very caring and attention to your needs. The rehabilitation team I work with has really encouraged me and pushed me to my goals. On my down time they have different activities to keep me busy. And the food here is great there are a few dishes I don't like so they will make me something I would like. I'm really happy with my stay here and would recommend to friends and family.

Worked here a few times as a traveling CNA. One of the lowest levels of care in the valley. Constantly understaffed and give no report on the patients to workers who have never worked with the pateints so we have no idea how to properly care for people

Really awful place for ANYONE to have to stay.
Very poor care, almost to the pint of neglect.
My father in law had to spend 13 grueling days here and without the help of his wife and daughters he nay never have gone home.
Not the place to take your loved ones.

Great staff who are eager to serve with a smile. Great food with options and snacks and water offerred consistently. Activities are well put together and fun.
The facility itself is clean and beautiful. As a former Director of Nursing at several care facilities I know what to look for and this facility passes with flying colors! I highly recommend their facility!

I am an employee at Sandy Health & Rehab. I truly feel like our staff care for each and every patient. We have a management team who is always striving to encourage our CNA' s and Nurses to provide the utmost care. Each day that I come into work I can always expect a very clean and friendly environment. I work in the admissions department and one of my many responsibilities are touring quests who are interested in placing their loved ones. I am constantly receiving feedback that our building is very well kept, the staff seem happy to be here and most importantly the patients are happy as well.
