Texas Tooth Fairies is a pediatric dental practice. Pediatric Dentists have an extra two years of school to specifically serve children in dentistry. We are located in Cedar Park, TX and are accepting new patients. We provide specialized dentistry for children and adolescents in warm, caring "child-friendly" environment.
As pediatric dentists, we have 2-3 years of additional training after dental school to prepare us for the unique dental needs of each child. We focus on preventive care to help each child grow a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. We invite parents to partner with us in caring for you children and you are encouraged to be present during routine and treatment visits.

Services
Our front office team welcomes each person with care. Whether you are here for an appointment or calling on the phone they will greet you with a friendly smile and work to assist you in scheduling your appointments or help you navigate your dental insurance. Our back office team's priority is to partner with parents to meet each child's individual needs.
I am passionate about providing each one of my patients the highest quality of dental care while treating them as if they were one of my own. My goal is to create a fun and engaging atmosphere where your child will leave our office looking forward to their next dental visit. Dr. Gregerson received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in 2004.
We look forward to meeting you and your child and will strive to make each visit to our office an enjoyable experience for you both! The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and American Dental Association (ADA) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age.
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are more awake, and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of homework should be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence, and missing school can be minimal when regular dental care is scheduled.

Dr. Gregerson and his team are the best. My children have had more than their fair share of dental issues in their lives. Since they were toddlers we have selected pediatric dental specialists to address their special dental issues. When we moved to TX a year ago I was worried that we’d find the right place. I did my research and found that Texas Tooth Fairies was exactly the right practice for my kids. They’re accommodating, kind, gentle, and engaging. They’re popular for a reason so plan ahead, expect to wait 6

Our experience here was as good as you can get. One of our kids had visited the dentist before and their visit today was pleasant and their worries were handled well and they ended up pretty happy about a visit to the dentist!! The younger one had their first visit today to a dentist and they were pretty scared; the hygienist and the dentist were wonderful about it. They were gentle and fast, to get the work done as quickly as possible for the poor kid. It wasn't fun, but I couldn't imagine more gentle careful work. I felt my kids were in good hands.

The entire experience is top notch. My daughter has seen Dr Singeltary for 6 years. The staff are extremely personable. The wait to get back after check in is 1-3 minutes, but the office itself is designed in such a way that both children and parents are put at ease (it’s beautiful). Processes/procedures are explained in detail along with the cost so there’s never been a surprise… nor is there pressure. We couldn’t be happier.

I know understand why it was so hard to get an appointment. This place is definitely worth the wait.
I called to make an appointment for my daughters first appointment. I was taken back by the long wait to get an appointment. I agreed to be put on a wait list and was called about a month later.
Everyone was great , my daughter was comfortable with everyone.
Would recommend to anyone look for a gentle kind pediatric dentist .

Both my son and my daughter were seen here at on same appointment day, back to back. We felt incredibly confident with all staff who helped to make my kiddos as relaxed and comfortable as possible. My kiddos were thrilled to get to pick flavored fluoride treatments and watch a movie. They loved their goody bag they received after and were even bragging about their teeth report card to one another and friends and family after the appointment. We had a great experience and are looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!

I don't know where to start but this place is the greatest dentist I've ever seen. it specializes in kids but the level of commitment, dedication, and genuine love/care for our kids is evident in every part of… the business. Front desk to doctors they know our names, our hobbies, and anything we tell them they ask about it and are actually interested in our family. If anyone needed a benchmark for care you found it her. They will help work with budgets (I lost my job and insurance but still go here) and they do what's best for the kids long term dental care not what'll make them a quick
