Flower Hill Auto Body Inc. Collision and Repair Services located on Long Island's prestigious North Shore is a family owned and operated business serving the community for over 70 years and three generations. Actually, Flower Hill Auto Body Inc. began when two brothers, John Picciano Sr. and Nicholas Picciano, just returning from World War II, set off to start their own auto body repair business.
Flower Hill Auto Body embraces their heritage of fine automobile repair craftsmanship. From the very beginning, their story started with family and continues strong into three generations of operation and ownership.
The original repair facility was founded in the late 1940s after World War II by John Picciano Sr. John Sr.'s business partner, a man by the name of Joe Damiani, bought the current Roslyn location as a second shop to his service station in Great Neck, NY.John Sr. soon took over the Roslyn shop, and at the time that he and Joe Damiani split from their business partnership.

Amazing place, I won’t take my Tesl anywhere else besides the actual Tesla shop. This is the fourth time I’ve brought her in for something small like a ding or small scuff/paint issue. I've delt with a few auto body shops in my life, I must say that Flower hill auto body is head and shoulders above them all.
From the very first day I arrived at the shop I could feel the "family" feel of this business. Dominic helped me with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from start to finish. He emailed me throughout the entire process, keeping me informed of every step. The attention to detail and the general feeling of caring was always in the forefront.

Flower Hill Autobody is without a doubt the most reputable, honest, nicest auto body shop I have been to. I have used them many times before and have always been completely satisfied with the job that they do. I have a Tesla and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I recently had to take my car in and I saw Joseph. He was able to fix my car quickly because they had the necessary parts in their shop. Their work and work ethic always exceeds my expectations. Took my car to Flower Hill after I was badly rear-ended. I received emails keeping me up to date on when all parts were received, when my car was being moved to the painting department, and so on. About two weeks into this process I called to inquire about when my car was expected to be finished. The date they gave me coincided with when I would be away, and when I explained my situation and how this would complicate things, as I would have had to return my rental car before getting my car back and then return home on Saturday night and not get my car until Monday, they made my car a priority and

Professionalism and altruism converge at Flower Hill Auto Body. I brought my vehicle in for an assessment of what appeared to be paint transfer from side view mirror to my front fender from a light touch collision captured on dash cam. Roz was great scheduling my appointment. No wait. Dominic met with me upon my arrival. We went to inspect the vehicle. He showed compassion and attentiveness when I showed him the dash cam video. He applied a solution and gently rubbed at the mark. Stepped away to return with a little bit of water, I believe. And the mark wiped away clean. He declined to charge for

I had a great experience at Flower Hill Auto Body. The receptionist on the phone was friendly and told me to stop by any time for an estimate on the bumper damage on my 2018 RS3. The estimate was quick and reasonable, and Lou made sure to assuage my fears about the color matching. His time estimate was right on the money, and the color match was amazing (I'm pretty OCD about my cars). They also installed a stone guard to the rear bumper and it is lined up perfectly from side to side. To top it all off, they cleaned and detailed the entire car, including the engine compartment!
