In 1950, cousins Don and Joe opened a small auto body shop in Bayside and named it Don & Joe Auto Body. For the better part of 25 years, they maintained a successful business with an excellent reputation. When the cousins sold the shop to Frank Marzano in 1974, he simplified the name to Don Joe Auto Body.
The Marzano family would take Don Joe to a new level over the next two generations. In 1996, after years of success, Don Joe Auto Body relocated to a larger location in Great Neck, Long Island. Frank's son Christopher is the current owner and operator. The business has continued to expand and improve with the help of Christopher's incredible team.

We usually use a different body shop but since the ownership changed we decided to try Don Joe since they were a Geico approved business. We liked them. They were professional, did great work and vacuumed, washed and polished the car before returning it, which was very nice.

Don joe is second to none, what an amazing experience I had with these guys!! Brought my car in after it was hit in the parking lot of my Job. Victor was amazing from the second I walked through the door until the moment he handed me my keys back. My car looked better today then the day I bought it. They washed the car before I picked up unlike other auto body shops where they fix it and hand it back to you dirtier then when you brought it in. Vic works with pride in his work and really shows in the workmanship. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 what an amazing experience! Thanks Vic 👍🏻

Absolutely phenomenal job over at this shop. Had to get my rear bumper fixed on a Tesla and Victor helped me through the process. Had everything from the rental vehicle to the parts ordered and all.
Through the entire process he was super cool and mitigated any issues that came up. He kept me in the loop and the turnaround was a day earlier than planned. He’s totally legit and def a valuable asset in this shop. All the folks actually from Victor to Maya (I think that’s her name) were professional and excellent. Even helped look at my front hood for a fix. Above and beyond. I would absolutely

Don Joe’s recently performed body work on my Tesla model 3 after a collision. The staff was very professional and went above and beyond for me!
