I called and was informed I would get an answer for my loan the next day if I sent in my application. I received a text and phone call at about 7:00am requesting the lenders needed my bank statements which I found odd because I had already linked my bank account. He further told me there where 4 lenders interested however needed my bank statements, I send them in no problem.
I then had to continue to follow up because I had not heard back, keep he had stated he will have an answer in 24 hours. After following up he said the lenders are short staffed due to the holiday. For one, how would you know
