Gerald E. Kelly serves as the President of Gerald Kelly Capital Corp. His early career was spent with government and community agencies: pioneer member of the U.S. Dept of HUD, pioneer member of the N.Y.S. Urban Development Corp., and executive director of the Greater Buffalo Development Foundation.
In 1983 he started his own real estate business, which is now Gerald Kelly Capital Corp. In 2006 he was invited to join Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian as a commercial real estate broker and now holds a dual real estate license. Jerry's background includes 20 years of private real estate investment and financing experience.

We provide a comprehensive mortgage and loan brokerage service for qualified clientele who seek commercial financing. Property types include nonresidential and income producing property.
