I am super impressed how Nickel City Funding was able to get me refinanced at a lower rate than the bigger banks could not do, nor would do for me. Honestly have to say they made it super easy to get it all wrapped up from paper work to all the phone calls, and we all know that’s the hardest part. I went through them trying to get a mortgage I work with Brian very unprofessional would not return any calls unless it was convenient for him and if you will requiring a lower or mortgage they don't want to work with you and if you're a black person be prepared to be treated unprofessionally this company made me feel very small I don't like them don't use them if you want to be treated with respect as a black person

Chris and his team are wonderful. They were so helpful answering my many questions during the mortgage process. I closed on my house over a month ago and should have written this review sooner. Yesterday a very important issue came up about my closing. I called my lawyer, the mortgage lender, and the banks lawyer not getting a call back or an… answer. I then decided to try Chris hoping he could possibly point me in the right direction. Not only was he willing to help, he also solved the problem! Purchasing a home proved to be one of the most stressful, long, complicated processes I could have ever imagined. Gamila, the processor is amazing! She was very prompt in answering all of my questions on my refinance. Chris is also very attentive and prompt. Both a joy to work with.
