Wanted to transfer my meds elsewhere and they refused to help until I finally called and complained. They will hold your prescriptions hostage and do not like to transfer medications. I would understand somewhat if it was a specialty medication that they ordered, but it was just regular blood pressure medications. After my new pharmacy called them over 7 times they finally transferred them. I’ll never go back here.

Went there to pick up a breast pump because my insurance suggested that pharmacy, when I asked if they had a specific one that my insurance covered the pharmacist was rude and pointed to the wall and said those were the only one he had, I said but that wasn't the new one that just came out and he started arguing with me telling me that it was, after that he said do you want it or not. Would never recommend that pharmacy!!

Tried to get a bridge of an important prescription before I traveled out of state. After it was sent to the pharmacy 3 times over 2 days the pharmacist said he would not honor the prescription and asked me to take my business elsewhere. Very rude, could not simply fill prescriptions sent from a dr. Prices kept going up as well. I will never come back here and will refer others elsewhere.
Update: Switched to a new pharmacy. Rx was filled within an hour at half the cost it was at canton pharmacy.

After my last pharmacy dropped my insurance I switched to Canton Pharmacy. My first order was a few pills short so I called he said he recounted and everything was right. Every month I called to remind him a few days early to order my meds, this last time I dropped my prescriptions off a day early and he said I could pick them up first thing the next morning. When I got there he said it be a few minutes, after 20 he tells me he never ordered them and if I take the scrips back he would never fill a scrip for me again. Don't trust this place with your important prescriptions.

The pharmacist here has been so helpful, and the prices and service are great. I started going here because my insurance was not covering a medication and it was several hundred of dollars a month at CVS and Rite Aid. I pay just $90 here.. Now I bring my brother's prescription here as well and it saves us a lot of money. The wait time is never more than 30 mins which is a nice change from CVS where I was going. They order medications whenever I have needed something less common, and it's usually there the next day. The only thing I don't like is that the hours are limited.. Typical 9-6 office hours
