Took 3 months to do a one day job, called me every 5 days to say “about 5 more days” for 3 months. Lied and installed a rebuilt/ refurbished power stealing column that failed a month later (they literally left the tag on it, with epoxy leaking out). Wrote up bogus charges for my insurance company to pay (something like 40 hours to paint a bumper between 3 people at 30$ an hour) . When I went to pick up the car they claimed to forget to charge me for the key fob, which was sitting on the counter, and wouldn’t let me drive the car away unless I paid 250$ right there for the key. I had a bumper replaced and some minor stone chips repaired on the hood of my car at Baker's Auto in Plymouth, MA in January 2016. They touched up all the dings on the hood and repainted it. When I got the car back, the surface was uneven with dust and fibers embedded in the paint. They offered to buff it out, but said I should wait until spring to give the paint time to harden. I now have significant amounts of rust on the hood. It's been a little over a year and a half, but the warranty was only for 12 months. I was referred to Baker by Mayflower Service Center. I have an old outback with a sunroof that is starting to corrode. He took some time to look it over with me, told me what options I had for a true fix and what that would cost, and then gave me some detailed DIY solutions to try myself first. Didn't charge me anything for his time. Everyone came across as nice, professional, and honest.

I parked too close to a wall and, in leaving the parking space, managed to knock off my driver side mirror and scratch and dent the door nicely. Baker's was recommended to me so I brought my car there for an estimate. They beat the competitor so I brought them my car.. They put on a new door, painted it, and also replaced the Sideview mirror. The paint matches PERFECTLY, all the controls on the door work, the Sideview mirror is adjustable as before, the door locks and unlocks keylessly, as it should, and everything is WONDERFUL. This is without any nagging, reminding, complaining, or anything

I was told that Baker's Auto Body did spectacular work by individuals at Mayflower Service of Plymouth. OMG were they "right on the money." My car, a mercury Milan Hybrid 2010, had a few scratches here and there, but not any more!
The vehicle looks like it just came out of the new car dealer's showroom, maybe even better. The owner quoted me a very fair price.
I would go back to this establishment "in a heartbeat."

Wow! Hard to believe that there are still merchants out there that take pride in their work and.... try their very best to please their customers but Bakers Auto Body is just that! Chris, Amy and the crew are professional, thorough, fast and compassionate individuals who appreciate your business and are not afraid to show it. You have to put a lot of trust and faith in someone who is repairing your vehicle after an accident and they are worthy of that trust. I cannot say enough about Baker's Auto! From the phone call inquiring (speaking to Amy Baker) to interacting with Chris Baker (owner) this has been one very positive experience. I even dealt with others when dropping off and picking up the car and every step along the way each experience was a positive one! No one likes to have a car accident, but Baker's Auto helped in innumerable ways to make this an easy experience. They are all pleasant and professional, take care of dealing with the insurance company, are happy to answer questions that arise. Baker's do EXCELLENT work,
