I’ve used JDL for the past (3) years for AC and Heating services. They’re always responsive, professional and on time.
Latest service, water heater stopped operating, made a call and within 24 hours had new water heater installed. Price was also very good. Will continue to use JDL services. I’ve never got we can we service you in 3-5 days when I called.

I am extremely happy with the outcome of my project, I had them install a mini-split AC unit and these guys were excellent. Amber was my contact person at their main office and I must say she is super nice and professional. Thanks for your patience, I wanna say I will be back but that means I am jinxing myself for something to go wrong. I am sure at some point I will need you again and if I do you have my business. I needed a smart thermostat installed. Should be a simple job. Sadly it was too much for JDL. The tech didn't correctly secure the common wire and so the thermostat lost power. While I waited on a replacement thermostat they came back out and hooked up a loaner thermostat. After a couple days it too lost power due to the improperly secured common wire. While the tech was out the first time he told me my furnace had a crack in it and needed to be replaced. This was a $6500 job so I called around to get estimates. So far two other companies have said the furnace is fine and doesn't need

Called this morning and set up an appointment to have a technician take a look at my unit as it had stopped working last night. The representative told me a tech could be at my house in about 20 min (this was around 1pm) I told them that if I left work right away the soonest I could be home was 2:30pm. They agreed and charged me a $30 "booking fee". 21 minutes later I get a call stating the techs were 20 minutes from my house and would be there shortly. I reminded the tech that I wouldn't not be home until 2:30. They said they understood and would see me then. After leaving work

worst people no customer service i have a home warranty they were send through them. because of their lies my home warranty deny my claim. they said my gas valve went bad due to lack of maintenance
mr xavig/IAIN wrote of my service check list i need to replace pilot assembly ignition. called in this morning spoke with mr joe he said i need to replace my gas valve. same company but two people have different to say. on top of that mr joe was rude and arrogant he don't have and respect to talk with ladies. when i called him second time he said i am being impatient and he can

I would like to thank JDL Owner Joe and Ire for installing my new air condition unit. They were professional courteous and know what they are talking about. These guys have over 30 years experience and Great to work with. I have a young daughter and two dogs and the guys were friendly and even played with the dogs. Recently my upstairs air conditioning unit had broken so I had called a few AC companies including JDL HVAC services on that Friday night. Everywhere else I called said that they wouldn't be able to come to the house until Monday but JDL was able to come out that next day, Saturday morning. After they came out, he was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what was the problem with my air conditioning unit.
