Our AC stopped putting out cold air last night after a storm, however the circuit breaker was ok. I called and spoke with Bill this morning. We had a great conversation and he was able to make it out to my place within a few hours on a very busy day for all HVAC companies I would imagine.
Once Bill arrived, he checked the outdoor and indoor units and found that the refrigerant was rather low. Now that it has been topped off and running for a while, the internal temperature is much better. What a relief on a day with a heat index above 105 degrees.

The quality we received today was outstanding. Our technician (Bill) arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and made the repair in no time. On top of the excellent customer service, Bill shared a few maintenance tips that should serve us well in the future.
