We focus on caring for your body as it's changing and providing relief from common maternity discomforts that arise during the process. We are trained in and utilize the Webster Technique (a gentle process designed specifically for moms to be) to ensure your little one's nervous system and spinal function develop properly.
According to the American Pregnancy Association, 50 to 70 percent of expecting mothers experience back and spine discomfort at some point during their pregnancies. During pregnancy, a woman's body goes through many changes to help accommodate the growing baby. This puts stress on the lower back, joints, and pelvis.

We sought out ADIO as almost a last resort for a child who was a bit “out of hand” and didn’t seem to have a “category” he fit into in terms of his behavior and tendencies. Dr. Eric is great with kids and adults...even when our 18 month old is super crabby, he’s able to adjust her without upsetting her more. Our 4 year old is always excited to jump onto the table to get adjusted. He’s answered a lot of questions and gives our family practical advice (like easy things to do to help our youngest crawl on both knees instead of with one knee up). We also adore the front desk helpers!

Since coming to Adio, our sons tantrums are so much less and he recovers more quickly. Full on meltdowns are far and few in between. I'm so glad we've gone the medication free route to manage behaviors and development. Our son is thriving. Dr. Eric GETS IT. He wholeheartedly listens to all our our concerns and responds with compassion. He always makes sure that we're well informed and fully understand the process. Kathryn is an absolute joy to see!
