As someone who recently moved out on my own, I was freaking out when my AC unit broke...I was googling everywhere crazy for an air conditioning repair and I bumped into this place and decided to give it a try after seeing so many positive feedback. When I called, Felipe answered and was super knowledgeable and assisted me with great service as I was asking about the AC installment/payments. When Chris arrived, everything went very smooth and he was in and out quick!

The AC unit in my apartment broke recently, so my roommates and I tried to find different companies whom came and gave us different price rates. However, when we called Comfort Air, Chris answered the phone and was extremely helpful with answering our questions and explaining the AC installment process. They came to inspect our unit and gave us a reasonable price, and so we decided to go with Comfort Air.

Definitely one of the best HVAC services I've ever had! Recently, my family's heater broke and it's been freezing for us lately so my family tasked me to find someone to repair it ASAP. So thankful for the guys at Comfort Air, the AC had been out in my apartment for a little over a week. My roommate and I were so flustered, as the temperature inside felt like it was getting hotter everyday. I found Comfort Air on yelp and visited their website before giving them a call. The AC for my apartment broke down all of a sudden one night, I needed a quick repair for my air conditioning. So I decided to do a quick search on yelp and found these guys! I clicked on their website and made a call right away. The customer service was great they made sure they know what the situation was like and what kind of help they can offer.

This is the third time I've contracted Comfort Air Zone to install air conditioning and they have performed exceptional every time. They installed units all the way in Camarillo and Carlsbad, California.
The latest install was in Bonita. Felipe and Isaac were professional and knowledgeable with the install today. The house was over 40 years old, with its own set of unique challenges. They overcame those challengess to install the unit successfully. Well done!

My parents had recently bought a house in San Diego and, of course, things started to break haha. We needed air conditioning repair and wanted an ac installation in the garage, which we use as a game room. None of us had any experience with air conditioning so we had many questions before we went with them. Everyone was SO nice and helpful! Over the course of a couple of days, we dealt with Felipe, Chris, and Travis who were more than happy to help and answer more questions lol.

These guys were life savers! I know nothing about these systems and was worried about getting overcharged. Chris was able to explain everything very thoroughly. He was patient with me to help me understand what was wrong with my AC. He showed me exactly which pipe wasn't working and how he was going to repair it. I also have a very busy schedule and they were flexible when scheduling. Best of all, they came on time, and I didn't have to wait hours for them to show. I recently had troubles with my air conditioner for about 3 months ago with the heating and cooling of temperatures not cooperating with my requests. The AC unit seemed broken so I decided to give the business a call and Chris answered very kindly. Even at such a late hour, the service was exceptional. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend. I was visiting out of town and needed assistance. This place was referred to me by a friend of mine that he had been going to for some time. Chris was very helpful when I came in last minute for a gas furnace repair. I was on a very tight time strain and he had assured me that everything would be done on time. Recently the air conditioning repair at my apartment stopped functioning and it was time for a new replacement, so I reached out to Comfort Air Zone Heating & Air. When I called for initial consultation, Chris walked me through the process and facilitated the service so that I could get it done the same day.
