Had a 1300 appointment, showed up at noon. Called the shipping office, they didn't answer and mailbox was full. Had the option of leaving a text MSG with your phone number, so I did. Tried a couple more times to call with no luck. After 15min got a call back and checked in. Guys on the phone were professional and polite. They gave a me door at 1300 and started loading at 1320hrs. I can't complain.
