Designing a new kitchen or bathroom can be exciting and also challenging. We work with you each step of the way, from the design stage to selecting cabinetry, hardware, built-ins, countertops and flooring. We bring samples to your home. Our representatives have a large selection of samples for everything you will be selecting for your kitchen or bathroom, from cabinet samples to flooring and countertop materials.
Putting an addition on your home can greatly add to the home's value and give you additional space. Our project managers will work with you on the design and plans for your project and make sure that all permitting is in order. They will discuss the functionality of the new space including energy-efficient aspects like siding, insulation, windows and doors, as well as heating and cooling options.
According to AARP, older home owners overwhelmingly prefer to age-in-place, which means living in your home safely, independently and comfortably, regardless of age or ability level. Cisney & O'Donnell is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) as certified by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

We can work with you to design not only your in-ground or on-ground pool, but also a pool house, outdoor shower, and outside kitchen area. Cisney & O'Donnell Pools provides on-going maintenance services by supplying all types of pool chemicals, liner replacements, pool covers and many other pool related items.

My wife, Ann, and I contacted several of the kitchen remodel contractors in the area to get estimates and design recommendations. C&O was miles ahead in their design! Their design and sales people are totally easy to work with. They completed the job - even with all the lock down complications.

We've had two excellent experiences with Cisney & O'Donnell providing renovations to our home. They're very professional and provide a clear, easy to understand contract and schedule of work. Their workers are extremely skilled and experienced - they can fix just about any issue they run into! I highly recommend C&O'D!

Cisney & O'Donnell designed and built an addition for us with a 3/4 bath/first floor laundry, a four season room, covered entry door with TimberTech landing and steps, and a detached 2-1/2 car garage. They provided several design alternatives and did a very creative job in blending the addition into the existing structure. This is the second project they did for us (a two bedroom, full bath, and deck addition on a different house). They promised at the beginning of design that the job would be done by Thanksgiving and, despite some weather delays, they finished as promised. They were very professional
