Tim, Jr. is President of Wilkins Contracting. Inc. He is the first contact our customers see face to face and says he enjoys working with our customers in developing their plans and bringing their dreams to reality. Tim attended Penn State University and also spent 3 years in the US Army as a Calvary Scout with the 82nd Airborne.
He is a Combat Lifesaver, is accredited by the EPA in Renovation, Repair & Painting and is a Certified Lead Abatement Supervisor. Tim is also a Certified Vinyl Siding Installer by the Vinyl Siding Institute. His experience and varied certifications provides a vast amount of knowledge to our customers when assessing their needs and bringing their plans together.

Wilkins Contracting began as a partnership between brothers Tim and Todd Wilkins in the 1970's. We are proud members of the Blair-Bedford Builders Association, the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA), where Todd is a Director, and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Wilkins Contracting specializes in custom home construction, custom remodeling, additions, kitchens, baths, siding, windows, doors, decks and railings.
The project was completed in a totally professional and timely manner, even though the weather wasn't particularly cooperative during much of the life of the project. The pool renovation and pavilion turned out beautiful and beyond our expectations. Todd Wilkins was available, engaged, and on top of the project from the very beginning.
