Absolutely amazing! My pup was very sick and I did not have a vet established in New York yet. When I called, the receptionist was very welcoming and told me to come as soon as possible and they would find time to help us. When I arrived, I did not have to wait at all and the technician was took a very thorough history and translated this well to the doctor. Dr. Lancer is everything you want in your veterinarian! Since I got Violet a yr and a half ago they have always taken great care of her. She went in for dental surgery today and they called and gave me updates and made me feel at ease. They sent me home with a full write up on details of her surgery and how she responded. The staff and Dr were amazing, kind and courteous. The hospital waiting room and examination room was very clean and neat. I highly recommend Oyster Bay Animal Hospital!!!

We are so thankful for the referral to try our Oyster Bay Animal Hospital. Our first visit was this year in April when our Stormie wasn't acting normal after boarding. We were amazed at the ease of availability for appointments, short waiting time and thorough care by the team of Oyster Bay Animal Hospital and Dr. Lancer. We just became new puppy parents and were looking for a vet. We did research and happily came across Oyster Bay Animal Hospital. Dr Lancer and all the staff are warm, caring and wonderful to deal with. I ran in recently, close to closing time, as I thought my pup was having an issue. They welcomed me in, assured me I had nothing to be concerned about and called the next morning to check in. This is the personal service you will get in this practice !

Since getting our dog, we have been nothing but happy with the care that Oyster Bay Animal Hospital and West Hills has provided us. From prompt call backs to getting medications and paperwork and of course the EXCELLENT care by our vet Dr. Lancer and ALL the staff for our guy. We tell all our friends with pets to go there. My family switched vets to West Hills because of the great care they provide after being with their previous vet for over 10 years.

I used to live in Oyster Bay for several years and moved to Queens, NY almost four years ago. To this day, I still take the trip and continue to bring my pet cat to Oyster Bay Animal Hospital, despite there being several animal hospitals within a mile radius from my home!
My cat detests the vet and is always extremely difficult as soon as she enters the building yet, everyone is always pleasant and EXTREMELY patient with her!
Additionally, the facility is always incredibly clean. I highly recommend Oyster Bay Animal Hospital!
